Item-I Drilling of 273 mm dia. Boire holes in all kinds of soil including laterite, gravel and cobble rock using pneumatic machine for drilling in boulder and rocky strata as specified including carrying out Standard Penetration Test at an interval of 3 m as per IS:2131-1981, including collection of various disturbed/undisturbed soil samples at suitable intervals and their complete laboratory testing as per Indian Standards for classifications of soil and determination of various index and Engg properties of soil to base the allowable bearing capacity on shear strength as well as on settlement considerations. This shall include collection and chemical testing of water sample if met in the borehole, logging of boreholes and submission of test report including recommendations of safe bearing capacity. Depth upto 42.00 mtr.
(i) Induction & deinduction of suitable drilling machine.
(i) Induction & deinduction of pile rig machine.
(ii) SSI at different pier/abut locations and collection of disturbed/undisturbed samples.
(iii) Laboratory test for collected samples and submission of report
Item-II Providing and casting in situ rotary bored friction test piles 02 No at each pier/abutment loc by Hydraulic Rig with power unit having 273mm outer dia with 8mm thickness male/female threaded casing for pile work upto the 20mtr or (required depth)and then drilling through casting using suitable symetrix tools and MS tub with required accessories for foundation of bridge, Pressurised grouting for creating friction between MS tube-soil face and bulb at the bottom in soil using hydraulic packer at 4-15 bar pressure, Repuncturing of grouted MS tube upto drilled depth for installation of four nos (as per design 32mm dia reinforcement bar at specified spacign upto the required depth, Grouting of steel reinforcement upto top level in ascending method for fill grout, Testing of piles for vertical static load upto two times of design load using concrete block and creating stress displacement curve. Submission of detailed report for the testcarried out as mentioned above as per IS:2911 PartIV-1985 and as per ASTM D1143-81.
Vertical /Horizontal static load testing of pile upto two times of designed load using concrete blocks and creating load displacement curve.
(i) Installation of micro pile
(ii) Testing of pile for vertical static load upto two times of designed load and submission of report.
(iii) Testing of piles for horizontal static load on single pile upto two times of designed load and submission report
(iv) Testing of piles for horizontal static load on group of two piles up to two times of designed load and submission report
Item-III Design of Sub-structure of CL-70 and submission of Design details and drawings to HQ DGBR for approval after proof Checking by IIT/NIT
Item-IV Construction of Sub-structure (Cl-70) (upto bottom of Cap level) based on the SSI and micro Pile load test report under Phase-I and II and after approval of design under Phase-III for HQ DGBR.
(i) Supply of casing 273mm, 8mm thick male/female coupler threaded.
(ii) Setting up and installation of 273mm outer dia mtr perforated male-female threaded casing pipe having wall thickness 08 mm for pile work upto 21 mtr or required depth and then drilling through casing in rock/hard soil, using suitable symmetric tools and MS tube with required accessories for foundation of Bailey Bridge (07 location x 49 Nos per location x average depth 21 mtr)
(iii) Neat cement grouting (water cement ration 0.35-0.40) Ground improvement by pressurised grouting similar to tube-A-Menchette grouting for creating friction in between MS tube/soil face and grout bulb at the bottom in soil using hydraulic packer. (Machine mix under 4 to 15 bar pressure) (07 locations x 49 nos per location x average depth 21 mtr) plus 1 meter for toe grouting.
(iv) Re-drilling of grouted MS tube upto drilled depth for installation of steel cage. (07 locations x 49 nos per location x average depth 21 mtr)
(v) Installation of 32 mm x 04 Nos steel cage upto the required depth (07 locations x 49 nos per location x average depth 21 mtr)
(vi) Grout filling : Grouting of steel reinforcement upto top level in ascending method. (07 locations x 49 nos per location x average depth 21 mtr)
(viI) Routin test of working piles as per IS: 2911 (Part 4): 2013 and submission of report.

Earth work in excavation in soil for Pilecap of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling by mechanical means with approved material.
Backfilling with sand for Pilecap of structures as per drawing and technical specification with approved material
Providing and laying of PCC M20 with dressing,levelling with compaction as levelling course 80 mm thick below the pile cap.

Centering and shuttering including Stagging etc. and removal of form for : Pilecap,
Cement concrete for reinforced concrete grade M40 in pilecap excluding reinforcement complete Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.
Providing and applying one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint of required level to all concrete surfaces in contact with earth in foundation. Surface area of concrete below GL
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications MORTH Clause 1600 (Incl. Shifting & handling Charges) for Pier
Centering and shuttering including Stagging etc. and removal of form for : Pier,
Plain/Reinforced cement concrete Grade M45 in Pier excluding reinforcement complete with Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications MORTH Clause 1600 (Incl. Shifting & handling Charges) for Piercap
