Hiring of agency for organizing the competitions during 33rd Mango Mela 2026 held on dated 10th to 12th July2026 at Pinjore Gardens

Promotion of Mango mela through a tapping of 2500+ students of different schools which falls under 50kms periphery of Yadavindra Gardens. Organizing various competitions like Rangoli, Drawing, Dance, Mehndi, Singing, Best out of waste Slogan. • Designing the content, rules and regulations and guidelines for multiple competitions of schools students. • The material required for Drawing & Slogan Competitions like Drawing Sheet, Pencil, clay, Paper of A4 size etc will be provided by the Agency. Minimum Competitions should be 6 or maximum 8. • Registration of participants through online weblink and QR Code (SSL Certified).

Manpower for the execution & Stage Management of competitions and registration on the day of event (5 male, 3 female & 2 Judges) - 9 am till competitions end) for complete event.

Professional Anchor for stage to conduct the competitions.
