REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO EXISTING SIGNBOARD, DTGM BOARD, SHOULDER LEVELING OF RUNWAY, PTT LINKS, DISPERSAL, SGA PLOUGHING AND FILLING AND PCC WORK AND GRASS CUTTINGS ON SHOULDERS OF RUNWAY AND PTT, LTT, NORTH AND SOUTH IN TECH AREA AT AFS PHALODI

Dismantling of existing distance to go marker (DTGM Boards) of any size and description fixed in any position from shoulders of runway and stacking and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix visibile three face distance to go marker (DTGM Board),each face (perforated) of size 1.20m x 1.50m of traingular (hollow) shape,made of frangible high grade reinforced plastic board,internal structure fabricated using 04 Nos fibre channel 65 x 30 x 3 cm thick monolithic structure to withstand high velocity winds resist temperature varying from extreme cold environments to sweltering hot conditions, the entire traingular structure fixed on 03 Nos,40mm dia 2.10 mtr long PVC pipe with suitable size of screws @ 15cm C/C and the distance go marker monolithic structure embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in pit of size 45cm x 45cm x 60cm including painting the entire structure internally and externally with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint and finally sticking the numerals on (two) view face of board with high intensivity prismatic Retro Reflective Sheeting, Class C, sheeting Diamond Grade 3 (DG3) confirming to ASTMD 4956-09 type-XI 15cm wide and height of numerals as per requirement of Aviation guidelines complete including excavation/earthwork in hard/dense soil,returning filling and removal of surplus soil etc out side vicinity of Runway complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing damaged/unserviceable Sign Boards of any size and description fixed in any position from shoulders of runway/Taxiway/Links and stacking and removing from site and making good to disturbed area complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Supply and fixing visible sign board of area/size exceeding 1.80 sqm and not exceeding 3.15 sqm each made from 5.00mm thick engineering grade plastic (acralic sheet) having monolithic structure to withstand , temperature variations from cold environment to sweltering hot condition sand to withstand high velocity winds, framed and braced with 50mm dia PVC pipe best quality to with standhigh velocity wind pressure, with height of bottom of board should be 45-60 cm above the ground level with best quality structure including providing and applying and weather resistance coating, providing and pasting of new numerals/ alphabets with retro reflective tape cutting it as computer plotter etc as per engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. (b ) Sign Board fixing :- PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in pit of size 45 x 45x 60 cm & including excavation/earthwork in hard dense soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil etc, outside taxiway/Runway/Links complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 04 above but size n. exc. 0.80 Sqm

Supply and Fixing Ball bearings for wind socks complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil and making good as level /camber requirement as per site for both shoulders of runway, PTT, 105 HU dispersal and links etc including water sprinking to avoid dust spreading on runway, PTT etc complete all aspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .Note

Ploughing area upto depth of 300mm with help of tractor and filling with the same soil inform of bunds after screening the pebbles, stone etc with help of wiremess sceen or other suitable mechanical means as per requirements of user both 05 and 23 end of main runway beyand the arrestor barrier complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation for all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge

Sand filling under floor or laying including watering and consolidation in the form of bunds at both 05 and 23 end of runway complete all specified and directed.
