For providing Manpower with following schedule of wages as per prevailing Govt. of Assam notified wages:- 1.Supervisor=1 @₹19453.13/-p.m +EPF+ESI 2. Driver=1 @₹15646.86/-p.m +EPF+ESI 3. Sr. Caretaker=4 @₹14880.99/-p.m +EPF+ESI 4. Caretaker=14@₹12261.78/-p.m +EPF+ESI 5. Housekeepers=24@₹10571.94/-p.m +EPF+ESI Total cost:₹520015.43/-p.m +EPF+ESI

Service charge on Monthly Manpower Cost ( Manpower Cost=₹520015.43 per month) excluding applicable GST for providing Manpower as per the list of Manpower specified in the Tender Document. (Service charge includes cost of two sets of uniform, stationery, accounting and administrative charges, cost of recruitment process, cost of cleaning equipment, tools, tackles and machinery etc. along with suitable profit thereafter to the prospective bidders) Note: Bidders quoting less than 5% of the total Manpower cost i.e. 5% of ₹520015.43= ₹26000.77 will lead to disqualification. Please refer to the Tender document for details.
