M&L demolition for brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar inc all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted buil in cement mortar 1:6 inc scaffolding as per requriment complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted buil in cement mortar 1:6 (Except stones) inc scaffolding if requried complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for demotion of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwsie spl provided for complete all as spd and directed

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, plinth courses, railing up to 60cm in height, bed plate, kerb and at any other location complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing in cement or cement lime mortar to random rubble or polygen rubble uncoursed measonry or brought up courses complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L labour for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 on coursed or uncoursed random rubble measonary complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/skirting/ dado of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L applying 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/ concrete surfaces of int. walls finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by by Engg - in- charge.

M&L for complete revomal of existing treatment inc cleaning with wire brush and making good the surface to recive paitning complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L applying one coat of white wash on stone wall / retaining wall complete all as specified and directed by by Engg - in- Charge.

M&L applying subsequent coat of white wash on stone wall / retaining wall complete all as specified and directed by by Engg - in- Charge.

M&L for prepration of old surface inc complete removal of previous/existing treatment inc rubbing & washing down with water and carrying out petty repair and making the surface smooth for painting and than applying 3 mm thick external wall care putty over a coat of primer and than applying two coat of exterior emlusion paint all as spd and directed.

M&L for rolled MS setion as angles, falt iron, sheet etc as in gates, drain covers, staging for water tanks, section to recive barbed wire, concertina fence etc all as spd and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

S&F in reapir for 2.50mm thick plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing inc straining & fixing to wood, concrete or steel post and /or to straining bolts inc securing with and provision of galvanised iron staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

M&L for 2.50mm thick plain mild steel wire, (EXCEPT MATERIAL) galvanised class 3, in fencing inc straining & fixing to wood, concrete or steel post and /or to straining bolts inc securing with and provision of galvanised iron staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

M&L for Prepration of newly or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith along with priming with red oxide, zinc chrome and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (ord. tint ) as specified and directed by Engg - in- Charge. .

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
