SITC 250 KVA/ 200KW 6 cylinder , 4 stroke cycle , rediated cooled, turbo charged Charged air cooled, developing 335 BPH at 1500 RPM under NTP condition of BS 5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement and shall give the electrical output of 250 KVA / 200 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at alternator terminals including AMF panel including foundation cement concrete & Industrial cable 2.5 Sq. mm (6 core).

DIESEL ENGINE:

GENSET CONTROLLER:-

The controler should be a microproceesor based generator set monitoring and control system. The control should provides a simple operator interface to the genrator set, manual and remote start/ stop control ,shutdown fault indication and an LCD hour counter. The integration of all function into a singkle control system provides enhenced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control systems. The control has been desined and tested to meet harsh envirment in which Gen. sets are typically applied.

ALTERNATOR:-

Sigle bearing alternator suitable for continuos operation generating 250 KVA at 1500RPM, 415 Volts , 0.8 PF suitable for 50 Hz 3 Phase system. The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure, self excited , self regulated, foot mounted with ball and roller bearing on end shields The alternator shall be suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall conform to BS:2613 or BS:5000 and give rated output at NTP conditions.

CONTROL PANNEL FOR DG SET :-

The generatoe control shall be indoor type , floor mouted , dust and vermin proof in sheet steel construction. The pannel shall have doors at front and back for proper maintenance. The pannel shall have steel channel fabricated kick-plate and bolted type cable glade plate fitted at the bottem . The opannel shall be construced from 2 mm thick steel sheet . All the joint shall have proper gasket.

Monitoring and control devices shall be housed on the front door. Generally the construction of the pannel will be such that various equipments for application will be housed in compartment. All incoming and outgoing power and control cables shall be from bottom.

The pannel will be equiped as follows:-

Incomer- 1 No 3- pole, 400 Amps MCCB, Set of CTs for metering.

Indication lamps:- Genset running, Set on load, phase indication.

SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM

The sound attenuated DG set are designed and engineered by rthe CAD/CAM experts conforming to international standerds. The system is made of high class sheet metal fabicated pannels of 16 G thickness having modular construction with multi fold sheet channels and ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismentaling , high quality fire proof acoustic material i.e. rock wool (50-100 mm thick having 64-96 KG/ m3 density)

ACOUSTIC MATERIALS:-

Acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets in munsel green shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black and fire retardent grade acoustic insulation material(P.U foam) to IS 8183

VENTILATION

Acoustic encloser is designed in such a way that they are no hot pockets around engine and is provided with suitable designed engine radiator which does not allow the temperature to rise more than 70 C above ambient temperatue. To achive optimal output and minimum sound lavel from the DG set , suitable openings are prvide for increasing the inflow of air required for combustion.

SILENCER

Specially designed low noise silencer with rain cap suitably optimised to meet stingent noise emmission standerd laid down by MoEF/CPCB.

VIBRATION ISOLATION :-

To avoid transfer of vibration from genset to enclosure and surrounding specially designed vibration islator are used .

Warranty:-

Standard 2 years comprehensiv warranty on engine and alternator , from date of dispach or 5000hrs of operation from the dare of commissioning ,which ever is earlier against any manufacturing defect . 5 critical part of engine (cylinder head,cylinder block ,cranks saft,camsaft,connecting rod,) shall be Warranted for 5 years or 5000 hrs , of operation which ever is earlier from the date of dispatch against maniufacturing defect.

Complete rate of D.G. set including , price of DG se , price of AMF panel, installation charges cable connection each complete in all respect :- Makes :- Sudhir /Catepiller /volvo/Kirlosker or as apporved by Engineer charge .

Providing / filling Diesel in the existing diesel set of Gernator as required complete in all respect.

SUB HEAD II EARTHING & LOOP EARTHING

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.Copper (Pure).

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing copper tape 20mmx3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. ( for vertical run)

Supplying and fixing copper tape 20mmx3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. ( for horizontal run)

SUB HEAD -III :- WIRING & CABLE LAYING

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. Make :- KEI / CCI / Universal / Finolex / Rallison / Grandlay .

Providing and fixing TP&N switch disconnector fuse unit cubical type, 415/500 volts with 3 No. HBC/HRC fuses, in sheet steel enclosure including drilling holes on the board, connections, earthing the body etc. as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) 63 Amp. Category-A (Make : L&T / Schneider / ABB / Legrand.)

Supplying and fixing sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 400 Amp. 415 volts capacity with 4 No. copper strip bus-bars each of length 1200mm & cross-sectional area (38.10mmx6.35mm), enclosure made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet having overall dimensions (1280mmx550mmx200mm) nominal with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required complete in all respect.Make : L&T / LEGRAND / ABB / SIEMENS.
