AMC Activity

Operation and maintenance of equipments & electrical installations i.e.wiring, fitting, gadgets & operation of DG sets including tools & tackles.

Item wise Activities

Supply / Fixing of Point wiring with Piano switch : Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic, laminated sheet, suitable size MS Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supply / Fixing of Point wiring with Modular switch : Wiring for light point/ fan ponit/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required.

Supply / Fixing of Circuit/sub-man wiring in PVC conduit: Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit.as required.

Supply / Fixing of power plug point plano type accessories: Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm x 100mm x 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supply / Fixing of light plug point modular type accessories: Supplying and flxing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and flxing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supply / Fixing of power plug point modular type accessories: Supplying and flxing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and flxing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supply / Fixing of ceilling rose: Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp. ceilling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc. as required

Supply / Fixing of brass holder: Supplying and flxing brass batten/angle holder including connection etc. as required

Numbering of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ fluorescent fittings etc as required.

Supply / Fixing of Earthing with Copper earth plate electrode: Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, Salt 5 KG and Coke 16 KG for G.I or copper plate earth electrode etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply / Fixing of PVC conduit: Supplying and fixing of 25 mm size of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cuttting the all and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Including bend and socket.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supply and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Motor rewinding with insulation of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm /wall fans/exhaust fans by the new copper wire Make-Atlas/H.T/Shakti 33, 34,35, 36,30 same gauge and turn as burnt coil. 2 coat Insulation varnish (Dr.Bech) on the new winding of ceiling fan & drying with oven. Complete work in all respect including all Labour T&P etc. required as per rquirement.

Supply & replacement of ball bearing of ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fans of various sizes as per requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 Sqmm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart in English and Hindi mounted on 5 mm thick plain glass front complete as required.
