Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for cable work or from above cable duct all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning for under ground cable provided with layer and sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 100mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard disintegrated rock (Considered for road cutting & near hill side root) all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in cable tray/wall & connection PVC XLPE insulated, armoured havey duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cross section area 10 Sqmm 4 core incl dismantling taking down unsv one from wall, cable trey, trench complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical Plate No. 2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, Funnel with watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around earth plate including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion after dismentling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe/duct or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. using required nut, bolt & washers as per site requirement of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip including taking down unserviceable one from conduit/pipe/duct complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for repair to path/drain/road against damage due to excavation/laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling and taking down old UNSV load bank panel and Supply & fix, install, testing and commissioning of Load bank Panel box compact size , indoor type cubical shape,three phase, 4 wire, copper bus bar for phases 600 Amps and neutral 300 Amps made out of CRCA sheet ,2 mm thick ,factory fabricated , CPRI approved , Pure Polyester Powder coated ,dust and vermin proof , provn for ventilation , fixed on wall properly with anchor fastner and of suitable compact size to accomodate the items mentioned below and having seperate compartment /chambers for cable gallery busbar,switch gear etc all as specified and comprising of following including necessary cable connections to the MCCBs ,voltmeter,Ammeter and cable lugs etc.

(a) MCCB, 4 pole, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA -01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB, 3 pole, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA -02 Nos (Outgoing) (c) MCCB, 3 pole, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA -02 Nos (Outgoing) (d) MCCB, 3 pole, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA -04 Nos (Outgoing) (e) Phase indicating lamps in red/blue/yellow colours "LED type" - 03 Nos (f) Digital multimeter showing voltmeter, Ammeter, frequency, PF, KWH - 01 Set Note:- (i) Rates for Excavation, PCC for foundation (Civil wk), cable glands, Cu/Al lugs for cable and other work if reqd for installation shall be deemed in contractor quoted rates. (ii) LT panel drawings shall be submitted for approval of acceptance officer

Dismantling of unserviceable enclosure box of any size with switchgear, cables and S & F Electro galvanized steel sheet (corrision resistant) enclosure box having minimum thickness 1.0mm , IP 55, IK 08 with multiple knockout and suitable for installation of 4P MCCBs upto rating 200 A mounting on angle iron frame and two legs suitable size of angle iron , properly grouted on floor/wall with anchor fastener including refixing of cables using proper lugs/ glands complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for fixing of MCCBs are incl of contractor quoted rates. MCCB of suitble size will be measured and paid seperately as supply only Make :- L&T / Legrand/ Schenider or equivalent make.

Supply only MCCB, 3 pole, 100A, 36 KA breaking capacity, Ics = 100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, with thermal magnetic trip unit all as specified and directed. Make :- Schneider Cat Part No- LV429630/32/35 or equivelent of Legrand/ABB
