S/R Motto-Aradi via- Dhanakania road from 10.300km to 12.000km (Such as GSB,WMM,BM,SDBC) for the year 2023-24

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm removal of stumps trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 mtrs. including removal and disposal of organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a deepth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and leads upto 1000 meter complete including cost of all labour ,hire and running charges of all machineries , T&P ,sundries etc.complete as per directiion of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including rough dressing and levelling the bed as per appd.drawing and specification for road and bridge work including all labours hire and running charges of all machineries T&P sundries etc. complete as per specificatin and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Granular Sub-base by using sand as per clause 400-1,spreading in unifrom layers on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavator at OMC. and compacting with Viratory roller to achieve the desired density complete asper clause No-400.1 of MoRT&H specificationsof road& Bridge work (4th revision).

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing crose graded granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grder on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavator at OMC. and compacting with Viratory roller to achieve the desired density complete asper clause No-400.1 of MoRT&H specificationsof road& Bridge work (4th revision).

Re-working the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and water compacting with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR with cost of all materials and labour T&P sundries etc complete as per clause 501:8.3.2 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridges work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix. Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per clause 406m of MORTH specification for road and bridge works etc. complete.

Providing applying Primer coat over bituminous surface of granular base including clearing surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg per sqm. on the prepred bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 Kg per sqm. on the prepred bituminous / granur surface cleaned with mechanical broom etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical paver finisher to the reqd. grade,level and alignment and rolloing with smooth Wheeled Vibratory and Tandom Rollers to achieve the desired compaction including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.reqd.for the work and including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100 to 120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producting and average out put of 75 tonne per hr using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with a Mechanical Paver Finisher with Sensor control to the reqd. grade,level and alignment and rolloing with smooth Wheeled, Vibratory and Tandom Rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and running charges of PRR with all cost of materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
