Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure avobe ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all hight.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 30 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or coloured over sub- (red, yellow) base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curring rubbing & polishing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) 80mm thick inter locking blocks.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:- (a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

20mm cement conc. Topping 1:2 ( 1cement to 2 to 3 stone agg. laid overand finished monolethic with ase conc.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 300x300mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick

Writing letters or figures on any surfaces with white readymixed paint (stops, coma, hyphens, & the like not to be paid separtely) Block/Roman/Italic/Indin Letters complete in all respects.
