Repairs to 33/11KV HT/LT link set of lift irrigation scheme Ijara by way of replacement damaged knife of one piece with new one for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged brass bolts of bush rod/bush cup of1.6 MVA transformer with new one, regular check-up of transformer & tested on full load.. The job further includes the charge for branch cutting of tree near transformer line with proper permission from PDD. Note: The person should have experience of H.T Transformer at LIS Ijara,
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 600KVA voltage stabilizer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead: at LIS Janbazpora-II.
Extra per kilometre for lead >5 kms up to 10 kms
Dismantling of voltage stabilizer by way of opening of top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing all connections, taking out damaged leg after removal of core The job includes draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling.
Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all connections, refilling of old t-oil in tank.
Providing and fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper strip winding with insulation, varnishing etc for the completion of work
Replacement of damaged voltage regulator 20x20 single plate with new one for the completion of work
Credit valve of old scrap of copper
Providing of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 (Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL)
