Setting-up, Operations and Management of Executive Lounge at Murdeshwar Railway Station over Konkan Railway

The working joint venture agreement must be more than one year old from the date of notification of this tender. A joint venture agreement less than one year old shall be summarily rejected. d) Company : Competent to enter into contract under the Indian Contract Act 1972. Please enclose notarised copy of - Memorandum & Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, and Certificate of Commencement of Business

Experience : Bidder shall have minimum 3 (three) years experience in Operation of Executive / VIP lounge, OR, Operation of Recreation & Wellness / spa facility, as on date of opening of tender. Certificate showing details of experience shall be enclosed.

Annual Turnover : The bidder shall have average annual turnover of Rs. 20 lakh in last three financial years. The bidder shall submit Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account certified by CA and Income Tax Returns for 2021-22,2022-23 and 2023-24

Bank Solvency Certificate issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank for an amount of Rs. 5 lakh and not older than one year, shall be attached.

Details of Permanent Account No. (P A N) issued by IT authorities and copy of GST registration

No due certificate from station-in-charge/office-in-charge, in the case of existing contractors of KRCL.

The intending tenderer is advised to study the tender papers carefully. Any submission of a Bid by the Bidder shall be deemed to have been done after a careful study and examination of these documents with full understanding of the implication thereof. These conditions and specifications shall be deemed to have been accepted unless otherwise, specifically commented upon by the Bidder in his/ her Bid. Failure to adhere to any one or all these instructions may render his offer liable to be ignored without any reference

The Successful Bidder i.e. Licensee shall, (if applicable), register on the "Shramik Kalyan Portal" website with regard to the number of workers engaged by him and also update the information on the website on regular basis

Compliance to all relevant Labour Laws shall be ensured by the Licensee at all times.

KRCL will hand over the identified area on "as is where is basis" to the successful tenderer (licensee) for operation & management of Executive Lounge with modern facilities. In case after execution of the agreement, on request additional area will be provided then license fee will be charged on pro-rata basis.

Period for renovation / modification works : KRCL shall permit maximum 45 days period from the date of physical possession of the Licesed premises/site and Executive lounge shall be made functional in all respect within this period. The license fee will not be levied for this period. The date of the commencement of the Contract shall be 45 days or actual commencement of Executive Lounge whichever is earlier. Provided that if the Licensee fails to complete the renovation / modification work within a period of 45 days after expiry of the 45 days as aforesaid, the License shall be terminated and the Contract will be cancelled at the risk and cost of the Licensee. In such event, the EMD shall be forfeited and the Licensee may also be banned from participating in any such Tender of KRCL for the next 3 years.

Period of license : The period of the license contract shall be, (unless determined under any provisions hereinafter contained in that behalf) for five years from the date of execution of the License agreement and which can be further extendable for another period of four years on mutual consent with Licensee.

Electricity and Other Charges : 1. The licensee shall pay electricity charges and security deposit in respect of electricity consumption charges, electricity connection charges, water consumption charges, as advised by KRCL. 2. For the protection of electrical installation/system, the Licensee shall follow IE-rule & IS. 3. For electrical cabling work, permission of KRCL Electrical department shall be obtained .before executing the work. Earthing shall be in accordance with IS -3043. 4.
