Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
One or more coats on old work.
Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means, through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead, or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Labour charges for removing and refixing of Compound wall grill of ht 0.75m for a length of 6.00m on top of compound wall with necessary scaffolding, bed blocks etc all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge(Bed blocks concrete CC1:2:4 will be paid separately)
