Dismantling Wash Basin/Urinals of all types and of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba and stacking of all serviceable materials at dept stores in the ground floor all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs or Granite Partition with thickness upto40mm in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) at all floors and locations including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood or PVC) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete at all floors and locations and stacking within 50 metres lead as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Dismantling/ removing the existing internal /external CI or GI pipes together with their specials laid vertically / horizontally in the shafts/ under floors/ recessed/exposed in walls including associated specials like door Tee, 'Y' junctions, bends, elbows, Tees, collars, unions, all pH fittings such as bib cock, Pillar cock, Health faucet, Push cock, connecting Pipe, Flushing cistern, angle cock double gillies brackets at all floors and locations carefully with necessary scaffolding if required and stacking of all serviceable materials at dept stores in the ground floor and disposing off the debris within a lead of 50mtrs., lift of 25.0mtrs all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. It is the responsibility of the agency/ contractor to handover the above items at AMD's Lab Stores at ECIL. Contractor shall be held responsible for any shortage/ missing of dismantled items untill handing over the same to dept.stroes (Payment towards transportation will be paid under relevent item)

Demolishing cement concrete/brick bat coba manually/ by mechanical means at all floors and locations of sunken area and other location including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling of existing glazed tile dado/ Kota stone/marble/ mosaic skirting/tandur flooring/platforms/ceramic tile flooring, at all floors and locations including stacking of materials and disposing off the debris within a lead of 50mtrs., lift of 25.0mtrs. all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres leadas per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Demolishing brick work in cement moratar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Dismantling of rectangular manhole 120cm x 90cm x 90cm deep including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing, mixing and applying 12 mm average thickness SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of:

(i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound (Brush bond RFX manufactured by Fosroc chemicals or equivalent approved make)conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.

(ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conplast 421 IC of Fosrac or equivalent in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.

(iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area.

(iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm).

V) Testing the treatment for water tightness and rectification of defects if any.

Providing and laying in position 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate RA))excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five level as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural resources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural resources)cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five levelas per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five levelas per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line for grouting including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE: Nothing will be paid extra for GI pipe line/CPVC & specials for making connections with the existing GI /CPVC pipe laid by other agency or already available at site.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal outer dia CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes( in concealed work) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

b) Providing & fixing fly proof Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides to windows, ventilators & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts Note: Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.including making provision to fix exhaust fan within the frame of the ventilator/window, all complete as per approved drawing, instructions & directions of E.I.C

Providing and fixing factory made solid Foam uPVC profile for cabinet frame (45 x 20 mm) of approved shade, quality and make. The profile shall be laminated on both sides, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg/cum and the exposed edges sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The frame shall be fire retardent with necessary screw holding capacity. Frame shall be fixed to wall using Expendable Fastner with necesary stainless steel screws, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made Cabinet Shutter/Partition 20 mm nominal thickness of approved shade, quality and make, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg/cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet/PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws, nob for opening the doors, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with internal teak wood lipping 25mm wide and fixing with 4 Nos of 125 mm long Stainless steel Hinges with S.S. wood screws Aluminium 100 door Handle 02 Nos. etc.complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting on G.S. sheet/ MS with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Supplying & fixing of 2 feet X 2 feet, 33/36W (approx) LED panel light alongwith suitable driver in false ceiling including necessary connections from the nearby point wiring by providing suitable length of 3X1.5Sq.mm FRLS Wires in flexible conduit not morethan 3 mtrs for each light as per the instruction and directions of E-I-C. This includes cost of materials, transport, labour, tools & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.

General Note: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at work site. 2. All the dismantled/ demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within the lead of 350mtr. 3. All the samples of materials which are to incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. 4.The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 5. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 6. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and GST,water charges,Labour cess seignorage charges etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms 7.The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and all safety equipments, PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. 8.Tenderer shall visit the site and upload site inspection report issued by the Departmental officer with seal and signature which is mandatory document without which the tender will not be considered for evaluation. 9. Tenderer shall provide temprory connections to all other washrroom in the same line while execution on one floor at his own cost and own material.
