Fly Ash. Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:6) in Foundation using 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size Fly Ash Brick including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour require for the work etc complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips incuding watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. a) Columns Footing

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement tying the grills, straighten placing them in position including cost of bindings wire 18 to 20mm gauge including cost of HYSD bar with conveyance and royalty etc. complete and as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash. Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:6) in Superstructure using 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size Fly Ash Brick including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour require for the work etc complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash. Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:4) in Superstructure using 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size Fly Ash Brick including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour require for the work etc complete.

12mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour with required for the work etc complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour with required for the work etc complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.5cm (1") thick A.S. Flooring in C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size H.G.C.B. Chips including watering and curing etc complete with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing & fixing of Floor Tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade including rubbing and polishing as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineering -in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position 6.5-6.7mm thick Wall Tiles in dadoes in all floors at all heights and riser of steps with application of 12 mm thick cement mortar of (1:3) in proper slop and filling the gaps with white cement and colouring the surface with silicon paint finished as per the design & drawing with all cost of materials, labour,conveyance, taxes T&P and complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing and Supplying of M.S. Doors, windows, grills, vantilotors , collarseble gate and doors frame with pannel shuter made out of structural steel plates and bars conferming to IS spesification as per drawing, design, including with all cost, laour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill, Doors, Windows and ventilator including all cost of labour with T&P require for the work etc complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Weathering two coat with any approved Weather coat on new work after scraping and cleaning the surface over one coat of water bound wall primer including watering and curring all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour with T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Painting with two coats to the entire inside surface with Distempering of any approved make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface over one coat of Cement based Wall Putty (Water Based) including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coats (Enamel Paint) with any approved shade on new/Old Doors and windows including all cost, conveyance,tax of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
