REPAIR TO FENCE, DRAINS, HARDSTANDING, INTERLOCKING TILES, SHEDS AND OTHER B/R WORKS AT AF STATION DWARKA AND KHAMBHALIYA UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

Demolition of brick / stone masonry / block masonry work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstading / path / flooring laid in panels finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (25mm thick sand screed bed) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed. Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0m in length and every turning / corners.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain / translucent or corrugated sheet sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nanitial or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2.00 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, velley gutter fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

M & L for used formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as trusses (framed), trussed, purlin, rails and other fastening and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or fast section) including distance pieces etc Fe-410-w complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, angle iron, horns, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of watertanks and including notching / drilling holes, similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165. The mild steel frame should be pre galvanised before fixing at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC coated chain link fencing, of aperture 50 x 50 x 4.00 mm thick including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Straning bolts, nuts and washers, flat iron and 10 mm dia bars shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 22 above.

M&L for preparation of new iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old existing treatment surfaces on wall and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (exterior grade 100% acrylic) over a coat of primer incuding preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire, any type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire barbed with 2.24 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining & fitting to any type of standard rails straning bolts, including securing or tving at crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of steel barbed wire to be measured.

S&F of galvanised mild steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mm dia (dia of coil with unstretched) and fixed to angle iron with and including of 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: One coil weighing approxmately 12 to 13 Kg shall not be stretched more than 6.5 RM span.

Removing building materials (Cement concrete any descripton, bricks, stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to a any distance beyond the MD land included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as dircted. Note : All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations complete all as specified and directed
