M&L for Non skid Ceramic coloured (colour and shade as approved) tiles, any shape, 7mm to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm and not exc 0.11 sqm as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (colour & shade as approved), of size 450x300x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons, etc laid and bedded and pointed in any surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & laid over including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slabs, 20mm to 25mm thick, machine cut as in flooring of size not less than 0.25 Square metre each, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over & including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including rubbing, cutting and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slabs, 20 mm thick, machine cut as in shelf, skirting,steps,dado,pillars etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over & including rendering coat of 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including rubbing, cutting and polishing, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based Polymer modified bituminous membrane with sand witched polythene film/non woven polyster reinforcement/polymeric water proofing membrane 3Kg/sqm laid over hot blown grade 85/25@ 1.2kg/Sqm (i.e roof slab cleaned throughly to remove all loose particle dust/dirt particle) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on verticle surface up to grooves (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with over laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames or as per manufacturer instruction. Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for refixing of ceiling fan at the existing sites and connected with three core PVC flexible cable from ceiling rose to fan, complete all a specified.

S&F in repairs stepped type electronic fan regulator for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm size, 230 volts, 6 Amps, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs MCB, SPN, 63 Amps, 240 volts 10 KA duly ISI marked, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 2x4 Sqmm single core 650/1100 V, drawn through & including rigid PVC non metallic concealed conduit 25 mm dia including continuous earth wire of size 1x4sqmm, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable copper stranded conductor (green colour) complete all as specified. NOTE:- Two runs of cable, 1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

NOTE:- Two runs of cable, 1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

M& L for earthing as in repairs complete, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, and as specified including the following:- (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer). (iii) 4 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc. (iv) 15 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip. (v) 20mm bore, medium grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. (vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre as directed.
