Taking down ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/pedestal fans of any sweep of any make with down rods, blades canopy etc by disconnecting the electric connections and deposit at fan store of AGE EM north for issuing of fan to contractor for repair, and collecting the fan after repair hanging the same at location directed by the concerned JEEM complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm sweep ceiling fan cutting the existing worn winding & rewinding the fan with superior quality rewinding wire & filling the warnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves & paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing servicable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush of condensor & shackle housing , condensor, gun metal bushes,ball bearings twin twisted copper cable down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing,oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for 1200mm sweep. Notes for item No (a) to (g) :- (a) The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid vide relevant items of the schedule. (b) The rates for refixing & taking out servicable parts shall be deemed to be included of quoted unit rates. (c) New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (d) The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No on fans (e) Unservicable /defective retrived parts shall be credited vide sch of credit. (f) After assembling all fans shall be tested for the speed as directed. (g) All the fans are in store yard of AGE E/M and shall be repaired at store yard only.

supply and fix in repair GI 'U' clamp heavy duty rubber reel of superior quality and nut and bolts with locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC canopy cover superior quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only down rod 60cm long made out of 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe having provision of fixing U clamp & Fan including painting the pipe with superior quality white colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 1.12 here-in-before but 1m long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the fan motor assembly body,blade of ceiling fan, filling the cavity rubbing with sand paper, taking off old paint with the help of chemicals & painting the ceiling fan/Exhaust fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint ( Dulco Paint as done on vehicles) by spraying apparatus and spraying process including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans of 1200mm sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for arresting the leakage of the geyser by applying brazing to inner tank and refixing the inner tank after making it functional complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Adeuqate water pressure will be applied to the brazed tank to ensure that no leakage is left if the tank is still leaking the same will be repaired by the contractorthe costt o be deemed to be includede in the quoted rate.

S& replacing heating element of 1.5/2 KW as required at site for geyser of any make and any descriptions including taking out old unservicable heating element complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CG Aerno,Bajaj shakti, Racold RC-CDR or equivalent in makes as per Appx 'F' attached as approved by BOO to be detailed by GE.

Make : Havells Ct Pt No: Ventil Air-DX WHT/BLK/CG/Bajaj or equivalent in makes as per Appx 'F' attached as approved by BOO to be detailed by GE.

Supply and fix energy efficient BEE 5 star rating wall fan heavy duty metal body PVC body with metal blades sweep fully swingable to 180 degree with pandent type switch fitted with rope complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Havells turbo force/Khaitan/CG or equivalent in makes as per Appx 'F' attached as approved by BOO to be detailed by GE.

Note: (a) RAR will be processed after submitting of purchase vouchers. A certificate regarding the genuineness of materials incorporated in the contract will be submitted by the contractor from the respective company signed by not below manager level. (b) Moreover, the makes provided by the contractor from Appx 'F' should be equivalent to specifications mentioned in BOQ & Cat Part No also to be submitted for Sample Approval.
