Consultancy services for Planning, Designing & Architectural/ other allied engineering consultancy services for the development & construction of proposed office Building at Punarvas Bhawan at I.P. Estate which includes the following. Preparation of layout plan and a project report for Multistoried office building Complex as per MPD-2021, Its approval from DUSIB / DSIIDC and statutory authorities like MCD, DDA, DUAC, DMRC, NDMC, ASI, NDPL, MOEF, AAI etc. Detailed engg. / designing of build up structures of Multistoried office buildings and Development etc. including internal electrical works and its approval from DUSIB/ DSIIDC & statutory authorities. Detailed engineering Designing of works like roads, sewerage, water supply system, drainage system, CETP, street lighting, external and internal electrical works, fire fighting internal and external, tube wells, rainwater harvesting system, solid waste disposal system Solar Energy, Green building components and other infrastructure works and its approval from DSIIDC and other statutory approval. All structure drawing should be vetted by Civil Engineering Departments of IIT Delhi / JMI / Delhi College of Engineering / AMU / IIT Roorkee. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Landscape and horticulture works Preparation of detailed Architectural / working and structural drawings for all above as per scope of work. And any other works as described in this scope of work, mentioned in the tender /RFT documents at any place.
