The Agency should have experience in providing Manpower Services of Computer Data Entry Operator, Accounts Consultants & Junior Programmer to Government Offices and Government Boards & ULB s a minimum of 37 (80% of total manpower) number of IT related manpower for the minimum period of one year in any of last three financial years.

The Agency should have total turnover of at least Rs.150.00 Lakhs in any one year in last three years. The Agencies should submit proof of Audited Annual Turnover Certificate, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Income and Expenditure Accounts and IT return.

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.45.00 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized/Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement. (As per format)

Registration of firm / establishment under Labour Dept., GoK

Registration Certificate under Employees State Insurance Act (ESI ACT). Previous years statements yearly returns submitted to Employee State Insurance (ESI) authorities (upload last 3 years, year wise ESI returns details). Agencies with proof of over Rs 04.80 lakhs return to ESI in any one year in last three years only need apply.

Employee Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the Regional Provident Fund (Upload last 3 years, year wise statement of yearly returns submitted to PF authorities.). Agencies with proof of payment over Rs. 30.00 Lakhs return to PF in any one year in last three years only need apply.

GST registration certificate and return file for the last 3 years to be uploaded. (i.e FY 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24)
