Taking out old U/S Sub main wiring for replacement including S&F sub main wiring with two single core (FR-LSH) PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 Volts grade, 10.0 Sqmm size cables, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor fixed in PVC conduite pipe 25mm dia with all accessories and one continuous run of 10.0 Sqmm copper conductor PVC complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Two single core cables along with earth wire and conduit shall be measured as one unit length).

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. Supply and fix in replacement Geyser 25 Ltr Capacity, BEE five star rating with Digital Temperature Display & heating element upto 2 KW, ISI mark, with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, and making good as per existing surface Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Exhaust fan metallic bady ISI mark, 300 mm size with louvers including cutting openings, through brick/ stone wall , making of holes and grouting of suitable size of nuts and bolts for 300 mm exhaust fan and making good dismantled portion and making connection with wire of suitable size and connecting accesssories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
