Ground marking and demarcation of residential plots located in Sectors A, B, and D of the Maa Shakambhari Devi Residential Scheme, New Saharanpur

Providing, supplying, transporting and fixing precast RCC Survey Pegs/Pillars of M-15 grade cement concrete (1:2:4) of approved size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 0.60 m at required locations for demarcation, marking and identification of plots, roads, open spaces, utility areas and survey control points, including excavation in all types of soil, placing the survey peg in true line, level and position, grouting with Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of mix 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), ramming, curing, loading, unloading, handling, carriage, all leads and lifts, labour, aterials, tools & plants, consumables and all incidental charges complete in all respects as directed by the Surveyor and Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include excavation, refilling, dressing, checking of alignment, levels and coordinates, protection of survey pegs during execution, replacement of damaged or displaced survey pegs before completion of the work, site clearance after completion and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion of the item. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of leads, lifts, wastage, handling, curing or any incidental operation.

Providing, supplying, transporting and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete (RCC) Signage Board of approved design, shape and size (1200 mm × (900 mm+750mm) /2 × 0.075 mm) with single precast RCC supporting post, manufactured with cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), including smooth finishing in 1:3 cement mortar, painting, lettering, numbering and all complete as per approved drawings. The item includes excavation in all types of soil for foundation of size 750 mm × 750 mm × 750 mm, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 in footing of size 600 mm × 600 mm × 300 mm, erection in true line, level and plumb, backfilling, ramming, curing, loading, unloading, handling, carriage, all leads and lifts, labour, materials, tools & plants and all incidental charges complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
