Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Contractual assistance for attending water supply complaints in Office complex and NSN Colony as per requirement by deploying 1 nos semi skilled and 1 no unskilled man power of per instruction of EIC. Materials for the work will be supplied by department.

Contractual assistance for supply of water in Office complex and NSN Colony through pump house in two shift by 2 nos unskilled man power of per instruction of EIC.

Maintenanec of Carpentry work of Office complex including new & old Administrative Building, all NRB by deploying 01 (one) nos. skilled and 01 (one) unskilled laour with all tool and tackles for day to day repairing and maintenance as per instruction of EIC.

Day to day shifting of old furniture and records to required place as per instruction of EIC ( min. 4 nos manpower to be supplied per day)

Sweeping, cleaning of New Administrative building at SECL HQ.

Daily cleaning and sweeping of toilets including removal of spider web, sanitary fixtures, like wash basin, Mirror,WC pan (Indian type and European type) urinal stall, toilet floor and walls up to dado level i.e the glazed tiles fixed on the wall including cost of disinfectants cleaning agent phenol, acid, detergent ,nepthaline balls,Sweeping of pantry,Secretariat ,staircase, common places, corridor, all rooms, passages and complete premises of office including removal of spitting stains from wall, floor, door etc and collecting the garbage etc in the basket and stacking / burning the garbage as directed by the authorized in- charge of the work complete. - In 1st Shift

Wet sweeping (ponchha) of floor of building,Cleaning of almirah, cabinet, tables, chairs, partition, partition glass, doors, windows etc of pantry, Secretariat, staircase, common places, corridor, all rooms, passages and complete premises of office, etc complete including removal of spider web etc ,as per instruction of the Engr.in /charge.

Daily cleaning / sweeping of toilets, sanitary fixtures, rooms, corridors and all premises within the SECL administrative building complex ( In building all floors ) stacking the garbage at suitable places & disposal as per instruction of the Engr.- in-charge

Maintenance and cleaning of roads daily i/c dressing of berms of road etc complete as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of road side drains, all side drains, removal of earth, silt, slush, dirt and other refuges and should be removed by the next day disposal up to lead of 03 Km. Cleaning of drain to be done once in a week in closed interval as and when found required by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sweeping and cleaning of front & back of New Administrative building surrounding of all other building, wet cleaning (Pochha) of different places like Shaheed smark, Baba Saheb Statue, Miner;s Statue, lobby etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of liquid shop of approved quality for hand washing.

Supplying of liquid sanitizer of approved quality for hand washing.

Collection and disposal of garbage & tree branches, building debris etc from colony road side etc. as and when required by tractor/trolly within the lead of 01 KM as per instruction of EIC. The trip to make the concerned area clean satisfactorily (Tractor trolly average volume 3.75 cum)

Transportation of garbage from Administrative Building to Kachher with lead of 15.00 Km as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Urinal toilet screen anti splash for the Urinal as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Supply of Hybrids seasonal flower plants in beds in as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. In summer season like Kochia, Zinnia, vinca etc.

Supply of Hybrids seasonal flower plants in beds in as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. In winter season like inkamarigold, Dahalia, Pitunia, Aster etc.

Supply of ordinary plants in beds in Summer and Winter as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Sunflower,Cosmos, Salvia, Dianthes,Sewanty etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of old pre developed grass Lawn, Hedges, potted plants, plants in garden in all seasons including cutting, mowing, weeding, watering, manuring, replacing damaged part, levelling including tools, tackles consumable, labours, manurea and pesticides etc. as required time to time, as per standard expertise so that during the contract period any time Lawn, hedges, plants should look healty, well kept, well groomed, clean fresh and pleasing to eye at Office Complex. (Minimum 16 labours & one superviser are to be deployed per day excluding one day as a weekly rest).

Trimming & pruning of tree branches manually including cost of labour & tools etc. & stacking at suitable places within 50 m lead complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of chajja, roof & terrace etc. of non-residential buildings inc. disposal of rubbish etc. complete by deploying 4 nos unskilled labours per day as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge..

Street fogging with heavy duty machine trolley mounted by spraying a mixture of Delta methrine 1.25% King Fog and diesel in the ratio of 1/2 litre chemical covering entire colony including the cost of chemical, petrol, diesel, hiring charges of vehicle for carrying the fogging machine as per instruction of the Engineer Incharge.

Adult mosquito control by applying K-Otherine (Deltamethrin 2.5% flow) chemical in non-residential buildings @ 100 ml per house (average) and 200 ml per non-residential unit in a dilution ratio of 10 ml per litre including cost of chemical, as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge..

Adult mosquito control by applying SOLFAC WP-10 solution mixed in water in required dilution by spraying machine out side periferi of the building and dry drain as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge, including cost of Chemical.

Spraying Barcelona GR chemical to control larva growth manually in water logged Areas, clean surface water outside periphery of the building and drains as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge, including cost of chemicla.
