Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of smart file movement and workflow optimization suite with artificial intelligence for Projects dept of RSP as per Technical Specifications No. TS/RSP/SFTS/PROJECTS DEPT/R0 DT. 28.03.2025

• The bidder should have experience of having successfully executed at least one of the following types of contracts:

• AI-based workflow management systems

OR

• RF ID or QR code based tracking/document management systems.

The above jobs should have been executed in any Central/ State Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government organization/ PSU or Public Limited Company of the value as specified below during last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued:

i. One (01) completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.28.09 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

ii. Two (02) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.17.56 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

iii. Three (03) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.10.53 lakhs (incl. of GST)

• 1. The average annual financial turnover* of the bidder should not be less than Rs.8.93 lakhs during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025.

* The Turnover shall have the meaning as described in section (2) (91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revision.
