Providing and fixing Fully Solid Vertical Air terminals for wind stability as per IS/IEC -62305 part-3 For 1 meter air terminal rod 16mm dia rod pointed, for 2,3,3.5 meter air terminal rod base dia of rod 16mm and tapered to 10 mm dia & For 4 mtr air terminal rod 22mm rod tapered to 16mm and then to 10mm Meets the requirement (IS/IEC 62305) Semi-hard (E-AlMgSiO5) Suitable for high wind load. Providing and fixing of Stainless Steel Test Joint SSQ0810P suitable with suitable Outdoor Enclosure: For 8mmdia solid round aluminium conductor & 10mm dia copper coated solid steel round conductor having 100 microns of copper bonding . Conforms to the requirements according to (IS/IEC62305).The enclosure should be outdoor fibre reinforced polycarbonate opaque having minimum inner dimension of 100mm x 100 mm x 55 mm. The test link has to be straight and needs minimum 4 mounting screws for strong joints. Stainless Steel plate need to be inbetween aluminium and copper inorder to avoid bimetallic corsion. Separation of 8mm Aluminium & 10mm Copper bonded steel is required for future inspection and contractor has to make sure both conductors should not touch each other to avoid bimetallic corrosion. Providing and fixing copper bonded steel solid round conductor 10mm diameter CCSR7020 from earth electrode directly in ground and ring earthing at a distance of 1 m away from wall and 0.5 mtr depth as required. copper bonded steel, high corrosion resistant. Meets the requirement of (IS/IEC 62305) copper coating thickness of 100microns Should be tested and use exclusively for lightning protection earthing system. Providing and fixing of maintenance free Earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of min 3000mm length, having a diameter of 20mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 microns as per UL 467. The Rod has to be continuous in length with fault current withstand capability. Stainless steel clamps AEL91146 recommended for connecting to earth rods with copper bonded conductor. Earth enhancing mineral compound AEL90062 is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. 25 Kg of compound required to be used. It should be free from hazardous substances. The compound should be chemically inert and needs to submit test certificate. Fibre type Earth electrode inspection chamber EPP3030M with weight bearing capacity of 5000 Kgs. The dimension shall be 300mmx 300mm. Test certificates of the compund and earth chamber required.
