Demolishing

Demolishing below G.L. upto 1.50 mtr. Depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 mtrs. Un-reinforsed cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.in earth work lift upto 1.5 meters staking the excavated soil not more then 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the slake soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by remaning and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters.

Cutting in earth work & disposal of excaved earth upto a lead of 20 mtr. including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materiaals, as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

Providing & laying, Cement Conc. 1:4:8 (1 cem. 4: sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth. including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materiaals, as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

Providing & Laying cem. Conc. Pipe NP2 (burried conduits) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cem. Sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete & masonary work in head wall and parapets (500mm dia)

2nd class work using common burnt clay building work in super structure in foundation and plith in cement mortar 1:6 including leads,lifts and carriage of material.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side/ brick concrete/stone wall for interior plaster up to floor to level. cement morter 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand)

Provinding form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering and proping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, hight of proping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in. Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like.

Provinding and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 and curing complete excluding cost of form and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders presumers and cantilever upto F-2 levels.

50 mm th. Cem. Conc. Flooring with 25 mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 stone aggregate of size 12.5 mm and below) and 15mm weaking layer in cem. Conc.)

Provinding mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level(Torsteel) including all leads,lifts and carriage of meterial.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2: Sand 3: Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal Size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work. In Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504
