back of the cabinet shall be made of 8mm thick fire-retardant Marine grade plywood

& the front shutters to be made of 25mm thick fire-retardant Marine grade plywood

as specify in details. All outside surfaces shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate 6.84 SMT 18685.00

sheet of approved shade, pattern, finish, colour and make. Burma teak wooden

framing shall be used where ever necessary. The cabinet board shall be provided with

all necessary hardware of Olive or equivalent make etc. complete as directed by

4 Providing and supplying Table with MDU Veneer of minimum 70 to 75 cm height

having overall thickness of Top 40 mm, made from (18+18+4mm) 18 mm thick MR

grade plywood and 4 mm veneer at top with melamine polish finish, including 8 mm

thick back painted glass. Top to be made from 75 mm x 50 mm Indian teak wood

with half round moulded on long side with melamine polish. Leg 50 mm x 50 mm x

1.6 mm thick CRCA square pipe and supporting pipe 50 mm x 25mm x 1.8 mm

finishing with epoxy powder coated 50-micron with leveller. Appron having 18 mm

thick MR grade plywood with 4 mm thick veneer having melamine polish finish.

Drawer Unit: minimum 450 x 550 x 600 mm having all structure 18 mm thick MR

grade plywood with laminate and teak wood border of specified size with melamine

polish finish. Drawers (3 No) slides on telescopic channel with heavy duty lock with

two keys and necessary fixtures and fastening as approved with balancing laminate

inside 0.8 mm thick of approved shade, including all materials and labour etc.

5 Providing and supplying Premium Executive Revolving Chair (High Back) Sigma

chrome Base with Knee Tilt Synchro Mechanism with any Position back Lock, Seat &

Back - Made from High Density U Foam, Armrest in two pieces 12mm outer boire

cut veneer polyurethane High gloss & 6mm hot pressed plywood upholstered pad

which fix with seat. Including all materials and labour etc. complete as directed by 1.00 No 49995.00

6 Providing and supplying Lounge Seater Sofa of 80 cm width x 85 cm high structure

made from 18mm MR grade MR grade plywood supported with Maranti Solid wood,

back side and curved part covered with 3mm flexi ply, sofa arm made from 12mm

thick MR grade MR grade plywood supported with maranti solid wood. Elastic Belt,

75mm board & 2.25 mm thick elastic webbing stapling in seat frame at 100 mm

centre to centre distance, belt fastener in X and Y axis of seat, elastic belt elongation

45perc. tensile strength 350 kg. Foam 100 mm x 40 density Premium Quality foam 4.80 Rmt 27775.00

covered with 25mm x 32 density super soft Premium Quality Foam for soft touch

filling in seat. 50 mm x 40 density Premium Quality foam covered with 25mm x

density super soft Premium Quality foam for soft touch filling in back. Stitching work

done with well known German brand (Aman / Gutermann) Thread. Nylon &

Polyester thread used as per application. Wooden Frame and Legs applied with

polishing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

7 Providing and supplying Centre Table of 600 mm diameter in position centre table

made from 18 mm thick MR grade plywood with 1 mm thick Laminate finished with

bushes made in SS 202 grade for fixing with under structure. It shall be a welded 1.00 No 9645.50

assembly made in SS202 grade having dia. 12+/-0.04 as per IS: 1762 etc. complete as

directed by Engineer in charge. Overall dimensions minimum 600 mm diameter.

8 Providing, supplying, delivering and placing in position approved quality Lower Back

Revolving Office Chair of approved make, design and dimensions, having

ergonomically designed low-height backrest and seat made from moulded

plywood/plastic shell with cushioned seat and back upholstered in approved quality

fabric, mesh, leatherette or synthetic upholstery. The chair shall be provided with

polyurethane (PU) foam cushioning of suitable density, fixed or adjustable armrests

(where specified), centre tilt mechanism, pneumatic height adjustment system, 16.00 No 7070.00

revolving mechanism and heavy-duty five-legged nylon/metal base fitted with twin

wheel castors for smooth movement. The chair shall be complete with all fittings,

fixtures, hardware accessories, transportation, loading-unloading and placing in

position, finished in approved colour and shade, complete in all respects as directed

by the Engineer-in-Charge.

1 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra

payment shall be made.

2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C

Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement

consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.

5 The amount of dismentalled credit materials at Rs. 0 shall be deducted from first R.A. Bill.

6 The Contractor will have to submit the mix design for different grades his own cost befor execution as directed and to be approved From the

Engineer In Charge.
