Dismantling of cross arms / bracing supports / clamps / back plates or any other structural steel sections including removing nuts bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps back plates angles fabricated from the structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, bent to any required shape of size as indicated or directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down, old, defective, weak insulator, any type, any size any shape (pin/shack/loop) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 11000 volts grade & of size 150 mm dia and 150mm height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green 11000 V, grade 145 mm height & 255 mm dia ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break and supply and fixing switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated horizontal/vertical type mounted on insulator & steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps horizontal type suitable for 11000 V. grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for trimming/cutting the tree branches/ bushes around the HT over head 4 pole structure and making safe clearance up to 4.00 metre distance from line wire all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of checking of HT 11 KV cable of any size by means of HT Cable Fault Locator Machine for identifying fault location in HT cable faults complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cusioning for cable with screened & washed sand & punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for /pole cable protection including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer complete accssories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, lightening, arrestor and supply and fixing testing litghtening arrestor Expulsion out door type discharge current 10 KA assembly suitable for 12 KV including all clamps ,nuts, bolts and washers and connection to earth with 32 x 6 mm GI strip and including expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 Voltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earthing electrode 60cmx60cmx 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of 20x3mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of copper and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. Complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. Copper strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for Painting of all installation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint according to MES colour coding such as pole, structures,angle, GO DO etc at Swicthyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note : Each job will mean painting work in each installation.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for stone slab/patti, 40 to 50mm thick, rough dressed, Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cables, 25mm to 35mm wide and 80 cm long, laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 KV of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacment GI pipe Light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches/fixed on pole with suitable clamp all as specified for 100 mm bore of pipe for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs end termination box HT side with cover made of 3mm thick MS sheets including fibre board insulation sheets & including nut bolts and washer including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of red oxide zinc chorme primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs heat shrink right angled boots for XLPE 11 KV 95 Sqmm cable including dismantling of HT cable from HT side of Transformer / HT Breakers.

Taking down/Shifting carefully transformer/RMU any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantaling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer/RMU , supporting angles/cross arms, Shifting / transporting transformer/RMU carefully from the site to the other location within the Air Force Station, Jodhpur premises location and refixing at site with all electrical connection to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismantaling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT/LT bushing of transformer, including replacement of top cover gasket, bushing gasket for inspection of transformer or for internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same, re fitting the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing complete etc all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts required for repair work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket / seal , or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of defective silica gel breather assembly with silica gel complete set upto 630KVA all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for replacement of LT bushing of brass with neoprene rubber bush for Transformer upto 630KVA capacities all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for replacement of HT bushing of brass of transformer of any capacity upto 630 KVA.all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Suply only Silica gel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Material, labour & T&P for Preparation of old painted iron surfaces of the transformer upto capacity 630 KVA, by cleaning / scrapping completely after that applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer on the transformer as per MES colour with MES No complete all as directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Painting shall be carried out with Spray Gun using compressor.

S&F in replacement of transformer oil in site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength between 55-65 KV during filling after initial filtration of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M&L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer/Voltage stabilizer with the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV all as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- (i) Dehydration/filtration machine will be arrange by the contractor and he will make his own arrangement and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. The rate shall be inclusive as above. (ii) Contractor will submit before & after testing report of transformer oil.

Supply and laying stone aggregate of size 40mm graded laid on ground around of two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed. Note: For the payment of loose aggregate a deduction @ 12.5% shall be made from the net measured quantity.

Supply and laying stone aggregate of size 20mm graded laid on ground around of two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed. Note: For the payment of loose aggregate a deduction @ 12.5% shall be made from the net measured quantity.

M&L for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, EACH WAY of RMU 400/630/800 Amp rating from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possible mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, indication system, including checking the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replaced blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the including motorised operation and connection to HT panel & before filling of gas leakage testing carried out (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The RMUs are installed at Tech area,Dometic area and RMU are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & Gas if filled shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

S&F in replacement & testing of spring charging mechanism assembly with motor, gear box self triping coil etc complete for outdoor/indoor type, 11KV,RMU,operated on 110/24 volts DC,with charging time less than 15 sec with compelte breaker drum assembly of approved rating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,installation,testing and calibration of relay 110/24v of Microprocessor based three phase relay system to overcurrent,one earth fault protection type for 11kv breaker,setting range suitable for over current and earth fault with neceassary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old IDMT or unservicable relays. The settings of the relay should be in accodance with the incomer and setting should be mainttained such that fault does not carry beyond the affected feeder in case of Overload,3phasefault,earth fault etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE;-The calibration of relay of Microprocessor based three phase relay system to be carried out by OEM repersantative.

Disconnecting HT Cable and earth connection from 11Kv RMU Indoor/Outdoor type consist of 3/4 bay, taking down from plinth and loading in to vehicle transporting the same to manufacturer's Service Engineer/authorised channel partner's/OEM for the following checks including dismantling like chamber mechanism,insulators, HT VCB bottles control wiring charger meters, CT, PT, bus HT bar etc to carried out necessary repairs including replacement of defective parts including testing after repair for smooth functioning of RMU.The cost of replcement of defective parts shall be included.The RMU shall be returned back to site after repairing and re-connecting HT connection as directed by Engr-In-Charge. The following shall be Eensured:- (a) cleaning,derusting,lubrication,greasing of mechanism (b) Replacing of defective components cable inet insulator (c) Checking the critical setting of mechanism (d) Checking the critical setting of Closing Coil & Tripping coil (e) Checking of gas leakage (f) Control wiring tightness (g) Proper functioning of all mechanisum i.e. Spring charge of RMU ON/OFF smoothly. (h) Insulation measurement of main circuit (j) Contact resistance of main circuit (k)Proper magger value of Insulators in body. (l) Check Proper pressure of SF-6 Gas in monometer.
