Laying only in trenches in replacement of unserviceable cable/ LT OH line, LT under ground cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning of the following cross sectional area : - Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'. (ii) Earth work, cable protection, sand cushion shall be measured and paid separately. (a) 6 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm, 2 /3.5 /4 Core.

(b) 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

(c) 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Re-routing/relaying of LT cable heavy duty cable PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured with glavanised steel wire or tap and over all PVC sheathed of 10 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm cross sectional area of 2 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 core from any position i.e ground /wall/poles/ culverts etc Complete with protection pipe all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) Old serviceable cable as obtained from serial item No 1.00 shall be re-used. (b) Old serviceable protection cover, protection pipe and sand obtained under this item shall be reused if found serviceable in the work where the cable is being replaced and laid in trenches. (Earth work and other repalced items shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and Labour for GI tubing light grade in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of following sizes : - (a) 80 mm dia

(b) 50 mm dia

(b) 40 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 cum on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection all as directed.

Relaying of stone slab(patti), roughly hammer dressed stone, 40 to 50 mm thick, 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick copplete all as specified in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding cold or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size, for fabrication of 2 pole / 4 Pole structure including bus bar as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete (Insulators to be measured and paid for separately under respective items) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of LT Panel,PCC Pole and stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary form work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning as in replacement of LT Panel board, outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made CPRI approved suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators .The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40mmX40mmX6 mm duly embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 platform and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable and re-routing of LT cables of changeovers within 10 M of distances etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:- (Make of MCCB/MCB : Legrand/ SEIMENS/Schneider/ABB). Material and labour for GI strip laid in trenches / fixed on wall of size 32 mm x 6 mm laid for inter connecting /extension in earthing including excavation and earth work complete all as directed at site.
