COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE WORK FOR REPAIR/MAINT OF CERTAIN CRANES TRAVERSE IN ESH SHEDS, WORKSHOP AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT DEPOT AREA IN ARMY AREA BANAR

M&L for periodic inspection/servicing, to be carried out in every three months, and making/keeping the cranes serviceable, for cranes/mono rail crane of 2 Ton/ 3 Ton/5 Ton/10Ton capacity installed in various sheds, including the following:- (i) LONG TRAVERSE (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any.(Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Checking of Long traverse wheel for any noise/malfunctioning (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (f) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of plumber block. (ii) CROSS TRAVERSE (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Checking of Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Checking of cross traverse wheel for any noise/malfunctioning (e) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (g) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (h) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing the rope. (j) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (k) Checking of Bearing of the Hook and greasing the same. (iv) ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections. (d) Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. (e) checking the serviceability of cable including power/control cable, checking the service ability of cable carrier/cable trolleys ,adjusting as possible to get maximum free for movement of moving part/ Aprons of EOT cranes (v) DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects. (VI) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL (a) Checking function ability of motion push buttons, function lock key operated switch, "ON &OFF" indication lamps. Note: 1.Periodic inspection/servicing shall be carried out by authorized service engineers/ agencies of OEM (original equipment manufacturer),without any disturbance of movement/ operation schedule of depot storage shad. 2. Inspection/servicing report which is in format of OEM/authorized service agency and singed by service engineer and shall be submitted by contractor before making any payment. 3.All expenditure for minor Material & Labour, T&P shall be included in quoted amount. 4. major material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A'

Dismantling of existing Electrically operated hydraulically damped lever operated drum brake,415/230 volt,3 phase/ single phase, drum size 150 mm/100mm for controlling, braking & holding of plumber blocks of hoist /CT/ LT motion, carry out replacement of following U/S Parts/Carry out Misc repair and refixing the brake assembly after checking alignment of pulley, in existing position, of any capacity/power complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (a)Replacing the worn out activator seals & bush/bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gaskets, (c )Replacement / top up of Hydraulic oil/fluid (Note: Hydraulic Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (d) checking the alignment of activator, levers & other mechanism. (e) checking solenoid switch coil & insulation value, spring torque etc. Note: 1.minor material such as seals, bush/bearing, cover gasket, nut bolt, washer, pins, lubricants, waste cloth shall be included in quatoted amount.

M&L for dismantling ,taking down at elevated height & servicing of squirrel cage flameproof TEFC motor, dismantling of brake drum, motor coupling etc fro taking down, replacement of U/s bearing, seal, bushes, shaft, assembling & aligning the same after repair work for hoist, CT (cross travel) and LT (long travel) motion motor , complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Periodic checking, to be carried out in every three months, for making/keeping the cranes serviceable all as directed. (a) 0.75 HP to 2 HP

All as per item No 03 above but 10 HP

M & L for transporting to civil workshop, dismantling, rewinding the defective flame proof squirrel cage induction motor of single/ three phase, any make of any duty or any class of insulation, removing burnt out winding from stator / rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire of approved make and replacing insulation materials, varnishing with approved make, heating on electric oven till to get required insulation resistance value, replacing terminal block, re-assembling, Testing and Commissioning the following capacities. (a) 0.75 HP to 2 HP

All as per item No 05 abvoe but 3 HP

Supply and replacement of 3 pole power contactor following capacity ML 1.5 with auxilary contact 2No +2NC

Taking down the old unserviceable rusted panel and material and labour for flame proof control panel enclosure of suitable size and for use is Gas Group IIA & IIB. CMRI Dhanbad certified. With RYB indicator , and lsolator switch Glass window of Size 100 mm X 100mm Make Sudhir switch Gear Pvt Ltd

Supply of following components for installation in control Panel of EOT Crane. (i) VVVF drive of suitable capacity and Yaskawa make for all motions. (ii) Overload relays of suitable capacity and BCH make (iii) Contactors of suitable capacity and BCH make for all motor. (iv) Contactors of suitable capacity and BCH make for all brake. (v) MCB of suitable capacity and L&T make for all motion. (vi) RYB indicator Lamp. (vii) Alarm. (viii) Control transformer of suitable capacity for control circuit. (ix) DBR for Drive. (x) Choke of suitable capacity.

Taking down old unserviceable control wiring and material and labour for complete control wiring with FR wire of suitable size including testing commissioning of all components/items in the enclosure with full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for erection and installation of control panel pendent panel etc with stand on the crane complete all as specified directed. Note:- The panel enclouser should be four compartment of size 760x600x300mm. Make: Sudhir/Baliga.

Disconnecting /Dismantling all existing unserviceable cable of the crane and material and labour for copper cable of suitable size and core of crane capacity 5 Ton main control panel to pendent complete all as specified. Note:- The copper cable should be minimum 16 core.

Taking down the existing unserviceable drag chain system and material and labour for drag chain system for cross travel system of crane of 18 mtr span complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable drag chain system and material and labour for drag chain system for long travel system of crane for bay length 36 mtr span complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for installation of new drag chain system with suitable size of copper cable flexible for 5 Ton F.P.EOT Crane. Long travel 36mtr, cross travel 18 mtr. Make of drag chain and copper wire: IGUS.

Carry out load test on (Deflection) EOT Crane under 100% of full load capacity of crane on hoisting, long & cross travel, micro checking in performance including loading, unloading, Transportation, handling and returning the test load obtained from concerned unit for EOT crane capacity up to 5Ton EOT Crane (Mobile Crane, Truck & Trailer arranged by contractor)

(d) Rollers & wheels (i) Geasing of roller bearing,door wheel bearing

M&L for allinging of lifting arrangment, Beam type,5Ton capacity,collecting the lifting arrengement from storage shed, transport to civil workshop, dismantling the lifting arrengement, allinging the beam by hydroulic press, rewelding the web with necessary reinforcment, refixing the chain with replacing weak link, replacing 4 nos hook locking arrengments, testing with full load for deflection, balancing test, painting with fire retartant paint complete all as directed
