Urgent repair works in the 60TR AHU unit and other related works at terrace of Assembly Block of KLC Thiruvananthapuram including all taxes except GST.

Removing the AHU Body pannel for removing the blower unit and refixing the same after completion of the work including cost of labour, charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Dismantling and removing the AHU Blower unit with carefully from the unit and taking the heavy shaft of the blower unit for welding and machining including cost of labour, and hire charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Taking down AHU Blower shaft from the terrace to ground floor and to and fro conveying the same for welding and machining at the out side workshop including cost of labour, and conveyance charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Rectification and welding the blower shaft (Bearing portion) and turning the shaft for desired dimension and checking the run out of the shaft including cost of labour, and hire charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Supplying heavy type NTN Plummer block for shaft including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Resetting the AHU Blower unit in correct position and checking all alignments with blower, Cowl and using with reconditioned shaft with impeller carefully with out damaging the blower unit and necessary greasing etc including cost of all labour, and hire charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Trial run for reconditioned AHU Blower unit including cost of labour, charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site

Checking and correcting the alignment AHU Blower, SEF Blower, TEF Blower, LPF Blower at Assembly Block of KLC, including cost of labour, charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Clossing leakages, Welding Pressure gauge, Replacing Valve etc at Room No 613 of Assy Block of KLC Including all taxes except GST.

Arresting leakages to the pressure gauge valve portion in the chilled water line in AHU including welding, Replacing valves etc including all materials and labour charges etc complete as per the direction of Departmental officers at site.

Supply and fixing of V-Belt B-99 in Room No 518 at Assembly Block including all material and labour charges etc. complete. as per the direction of the departmental officers at site

Supply and fixing of V-Belt A-74 in Room No 513 at Assembly Block including all material and labour charges etc. complete. as per the direction of the departmental officers at site

Supply and fixing of HRC Fuse 25A including all material and labour charges etc. complete. as per the direction of the departmental officers at site

Repairing AHU Room door( Room nos 923,909), pannel doors etc at the terrace of Assy block of KLC Thiruvananthapuram including all taxes etc GST.

Removing, repairing and refitting aluminium AHU room door including cost of materials, labour, charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Removing, repairing and refitting AHU Pannel door including cost of materials, labour, charges etc complete as per site condition and as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Temporary AC arrangement in Base level of Assy block of KLC Thiruvananthapuram including all taxes etc GST.

FIRST DAY-Hire and Labour charges for providing split air conditioning unit operating on non CFC refrigerant suitable for three phase AC Supply, 415 V, 50Hz with accessories such as floor stand/wall bracket , giving connections including installation, gas filling, operating staff round the clock, conveyance charges etc complete as directed by the Departmental officers at site (Minimum 8.75 TR/Unit).

SECOND DAY-Hire charges for providing split air conditioning unit operating on non CFC refrigerant suitable for three phase AC Supply, Operating cost including top up of Refrigerant, leak testing, deputing operating staff round the clock etc. complete as directed by the Departmental officers at site (Minimum 8.75 TR/Unit).

THIRD DAY-Hire charges for providing split air conditioning unit operating on non CFC refrigerant suitable for three phase AC Supply, Operating cost including top up of Refrigerant, leak testing, deputing operating staff round the clock etc. complete as directed by the Departmental officers at site (Minimum 8.75 TR/Unit).

Hire and labour charges for providing 6 cores cable for split air conditioning unit for base and cellar level walkway area etc. complete (for four days) as directed by the Departmental officers at site ( for 8.75 TR Unit).

Supplying and fixing secondary bag filter in AHUs at Golden Jubilee Museum KLC Thiruvananthapuram including all taxes etc GST

Supply and fixing of 590x290x250mm 6P bag filters in GI frame in F6 EFF at 20mm header including all material and labour charges etc. complete. as per the direction of the departmental officers at site
