Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece as in steps and risers, landings, jambs, pillars, window cills, and like laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in platform etc. of 20 - 25mm thick (the stone may be in one piece) including rubbing and polishing complete set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
