PROVISION OF DEFICIENT SECURITY PERIMETER ROAD, PATHWAY AND RELATED WORK AT INA EZHIMALA

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard rock as per directions of Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming embankments with soils including raising ( or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick ; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc., not exc 1.50m high from base including removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exceeding 1.50 km and depositing where required. Note: Serviceable earth obtained from excavating over areas after removal of grass, vegetation etc shall be reused in this item.

Removing of excavated materials(Soils) to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces of road in cutting / filling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand ,crushed gravel,crushed stone,crushed slag,or combination there of as per the grading required.The materials are mechanically mixed,spread and levelled on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity,and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction, density of atleast 98% of the maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for laying and compacting 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in three layers of equal height grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradienand camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in three layers of equal height grading as per table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.
