Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as In-Situ reconditioning of High pressure Boiler valves (50NB and above) of boiler to any Coal fired Thermal power plant of capacity not less than 210 MW in any Central/State Government Owned Thermal power plant in any of the last preceding five years i.e. 2025-26 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23 & 2021-22 and in proof this bidder shall upload work order (Multiple) of value not less than Rs 14.78 Lakhs and shall furnish respective work done/Work completion certificate. Weightage at 10% per year will be given for the work done value to bring to the current financial year in which the tender has been invited.

The bidder should have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 29.57 Lakhs in any two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e. 2025-26 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23 & 2021-22. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant duly indicating UDIN no in their letter head. Weightage at 10% per year will be given for the turn overvalue to bring to the current financial year in which the tender has been invited.
