DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF PARADE GROUND GATE AT NCB VISAKHAPATNAM

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

Removing Excavated material exc.250m but nexc 500m and depositing where directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of guage n. exc 63 mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers n. Exc 15 cm thick , water and ramed to a true surface.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Fair finished flat Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings,bases of columns,raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter.

Fair finished flat Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts,piers, columns and stanchions.

Fair finished flat Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Columns, piers, posts and struts.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders including cranking, bending spirally or hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls,ceiling,chajja,roofprojection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC and finished fair and even without using extra cement.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved quality. (Make : CICCO NO.1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors,etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging: also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of enamel paint over a coat or a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat ofexterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors ,aprons etc

M&L granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, floors, cooking platforms with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes,and like over screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in skirting, dado and wall lining (veneering to wall) with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required size in12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or ground with suitable arrangement including dismantling of existing railing.

S & F in repairs Stainless Steel Letters of size 200 mm wide and 300 mm height made with 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet moulded to required shape, pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished concrete obtained from item No 1, to a distance of 5 Km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: E/M WORKS

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 2.5 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 2.5 Sq mm drawn through PVC surface/concealed/trench conduict of 25 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls if needed and making good the disturbed surface are included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

S & F in repairs post top lantern LED type 36 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall),SPN, 240 volt, 8 Way, IP-42 protection with 100 Amp rated bus bar and 6 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of MCB 6 to 32Amp, 240 Volt, SPN, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, , complete all as specified

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with Galvanize earth wire 4 mm dia with GI protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing with DBs all as specified and filling up with adequate Charcoal and Rock salt, including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering , water funnel complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia steel water tubes 'light grade' galvanised for cable protection including sealing both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F SMC junction box outdoor type size 350x250x150, single door for cable in & out enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity.

S&F Modular sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity.

Supply and fix pvc conduit 25 mm.all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix junction boxes for incoming / outing of pvc conduit suitable for 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply lay and testing of cable in trenches/walls XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) 40mm of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified.
