Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at site including roaylty and carriage with all leads and lifts (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Preparation of beds for hedgin and shrubbed b excavation 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth if necessary, watering and finaly fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m lift upto 1.5 m complete ( cost of manure sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for seperately).

(a) Holes 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep

Supplying and Plantation of Shrub (a) Supply and stacking of plant Tabernaemontana coronaria (Chandni variegated)of ht 45-60cm. With 3-4 branches in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per directions of the officer in charge.

Supplying and Plantation of Shrub (b) Supply and stacking of plant Nerium Oleander (Kaner) of ht 60-75 cm with 3-4 branches in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Plantation of Shrub (c) Supply and stacking of plant Hibiscus rosansinenisis of ht 45-60 cm with 3-4 branches in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer in charge.

Supplying and Plantation of Shrub (d) Supply and stacking of plant Largestroemia Indica of ht 90-105 cm., multi branched in earthen pot of size 25cm as per directions of the officer-in-charge.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure)

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods

Fine dressing of the ground.

Supplying of tree plants (b) Supply and stacking of Azadirachta indica (Neem) plant of 120-130 cm in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing of services of Man power with T&P for maintenance of horticulture/garden feature and other miscellaneous works i/c removal of fallen trees, garden rubbish etc. complete as per directions of Engineer
