M & L for assembling, installation, lowering of deep well Vertical Turbine or Submersible pump set assembly of capacity 10,000 – 30,000 gallon per hour in existing bore well after carrying out necessary repair / replacement work including connecting column pipes, line shaft with guide spiders and rubber bushes etc. duly installation, commissioning and connected with hollow shaft electric motor or submersible of any capacity including making all necessary adjustments and electric connections as required for satisfactory performance of the pump complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) All type of T & P and transport is to be arranged by the contractor for lifting and lowering of the Pump sets. (ii) All electrical connection of the motor shall be removed and than connected very carefully. (iii) Contractor shall carryout the repair forthwith after getting the massage from AGE E/M /JE E/M either verbal or telephonically. a sum of Rs 200.00 per day per pump shall be deducted from the contractor due payment on account of willfull delay on contractor part in the opinion of the Engr-in- charge. (iv) Spare parts will be measured and paid separatly.

M & L for cutting of line shaft of any size, in any length as per site requirement and rethreading the same complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of 150/ 125/ 100 mm bore column pipes in required length and rethreading upto 80 mm from end complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement following spares parts of deep well vertical turbine pump set having discharge 10,000 – 30,000 gallon per hour at 60 metre head completed all as specified and directed: -

(i) Centrifugally casted cast iron bowl complete with gun metal bush of suitable size to match with existing pump shaft.

(ii) Cast iron impeller close type

(iii) Cast iron discharge case with gun metal bush.

(iv) Pump shaft made of antimagnetic stainless steel of size 38 mm dia suitable for seven stage pump as per site requirement.

(v) Ms line shaft 30 mm dia feet long with one coupling and one stainless steel sleeves

(vi) Mild steel coupling for line shaft 30 mm dia

(viii) Guide spider heavy duty with rubber bush and check nut suitable for 30 mm dia line shaft and 150 mm bore column pipe.

(x) Mild steel collet impeller lock.

Dismantling carefully vertical turbine, centrifugal, submersible electric motor three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1460 RPM of any make and model from site of installation, transporting the same to workshop, removing all burnt / worn out coils, cleaning of stator slots, insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size, applying two coats of insulating varnish including all winding materials, transporting back the same and reinstallation of motor at site complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities: -

(a) Capacity 50 HP.

(b ) Capacity 40 HP.

(c) Capacity 30 / 35 HP.

Routine repairing/Maint of vertical turbine motor pump and submersable pump motor of water supply installation and non clog cetifugal sewage pump of sewage installation for day to day mainetance and making it serviceable in all respect including necessary gland packing,nut bolt , gressing and minor leckage in pipe etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor/ repersantive will report to Engr-in-charge/JE E/M (W/S) daily at for noon and after noon to collect routine/urgent work related to water supply till complation of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. The controctor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as gland packing, nut bolt, gress etc required to accomplish the job. The controctor will also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T & P and Mobile phone to his trade man. All routine/urgent jobs received on job slip deposit to JE E/M after complition of job in 24 hrs. In case of any delay in attanding the work more then 12 hrs after handing over of routine/urgent work, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penality @ Rs 400 per job.

Repeir/maintenance of C.I & G I pipe lekage of any size including necessary socket, elbow, union ,rubber joint, D joint ,flange joint and nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charg.

S & F as in replacement MCCB, DPX, 160 Ampere, 4 poles, rupturing capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal & magnetic release as per Cat. Part No. 420217 of Legrand/ABB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement MCCB, DPX DPX 250 ER,100 Ampere, 4 poles, rupturing capacity 36 KA with adjustable thermal & magnetic release as per Cat. Part No. 420245 of Legrand/ABB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling incl packing around the assebly in the well Pea Gravel size 3mm to 6 mm all as spd and directed. Incl packing /filling during development to make up cavity a round the casing pipe. All as spd and directed
