Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as spd as directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4),finished even and smooth using extra cement to on brick masonary wall surfaces or on fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as on concerete surface on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed
