Earthwork in cutting or in embarkment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding I/2 metre (20'g in deptk and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5ffs) liíts and 30m. (100") lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as directed by Engineer- in-charee.

WBM Grading - III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat

Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st class brick 8cm(3")wide & 12 cm (4.50")deep laid with mud mortor including labour & suplly of brick finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also includingdressing & ramming the excavated earth including all labour T&P sudries required for comption of work with material

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25 mm x 5 mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, enamel paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (As per Banda SOR Dt. 26.04.2018 Ch- 10 Item No 10.16)

The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.75 %

The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 1.50 %

The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @2.25 %

The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 3.00 %
