Schedule 'A' Part-I, II, III, IV & V Note: (a) Schedule "A" Part-I comprises of items of works as per DSR'2023 . (b) Schedule "A" Part-II & Part-III are the items/supply items derived from prevailing market rates and backed at par to DSR'2023. (c) Schedule "A" Part-IV items are the basic supply rates of DSR'2023. The rates applicable of Schedule "A" Part-IV items are basic supply item rate of DSR"2023 + 37.27% (CPOH, Water Charegs & GST). (d) Schedule "A" Part-V items are manpower supply items based on prevailing minimum wages and at PAR to DSR'2023 rates. (Quoted rates of bidder is not applicable on these items.) The contractor shall quote the overall percentage considering the above factors.
