Bollard and Fairlead - Carry out surface preparation by hydrojet blasting up to bare metal to WJ 2 Standard. Repairs to be undertaken as per hull survey report of bollards / fairleads/ mooring pipe and stiffening members in the vicinity. Bollard (Qty 13), Fairleads (Qty 05) and stiffeners. Note: - After hydrojet blasting, primer application to be undertaken to prevent flash rusting the same is to be put up for inspection prior to repair / renewal or painting to refit monitoring team. Inspection to be cleared post repairs by NSRY/ QC Team. Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Underwater Plating - (a) Remove marine fouling and old paint to bare metal from hull using hydrojet blasting to WJ 2 standard. (b) Paint scheme on full underwater hull and boot top including wind and water areas i.e. Area up to 500mm above boot top area is to be restored. (c) Application of paint on underwater hull and boot top area to be carried out post WJ 2 standard. (d) Draught marks to be painted with underwater paint scheme and the top coat to be painted with white paint. (i) Forward (ii) Midship, (iii) Aft. Above Water Area and Weather Deck Area - Carry out surface preparation by hydro jet blasting up to bare metal to WJ 2 standard. Defects to be rectified as per hull survey report. Carry out painting of above water area with high performance advanced hybrid coating system as per navy approved paint scheme Akzonobel mentioned below and weather deck area to be painted with high performance non- skid coating system as per navy approved paint scheme Akzonobel mentioned below. (a) Paint scheme for above water area (ship side, deck, Aft & Fwd Bulwark (Internal) & super structure)(Area - 840 Sqm) :- (i) 02 coats of primer to achieve 80 microns dft, (ii) 02 coats of Ral 7040 colour specification to achieve 80 microns thickness, (iii) Total dft 320 microns.Material and spares to be provided by contractor . Funnel and Masts- Carry out complete surface preparation by manual chipping/ buffing up to bare metal (ST 3). Clean and restore paint of surroundings structure, funnel and Mast structure. Heat resistant paint on funnel to be applied as per navy approved paint scheme RAL 9011(black) and/or RAL 9010 (White) And/or IS 5/ 358 (Buff colour) as per NO 53/ 16.Note:- Painting to be carried out as per NO 53/16. Paint scheme for mast:- (i) 02 coats of primer to achieve 80 microns dft, (ii) 02 coats of Ral 7040 colour specification to achieve 80 microns thickness, (iii) Total dft 320 microns. Machinery Spaces - Clean all bilges, machinery foundation and surface preparation as per ST 3 standard and painting of the entire area. Clean all limber holes and drain holes. Examine structures not covered by lagging, paying particular attention to position where water is likely to accumulate, longitudinal junctions with side plating and machinery bearers with bottom plating, horizontal surfaces such as tank tops, horizontal stiffeners and structure obscured by cable plating. Portable fittings that obscure structure are to be removed for examination of structure behind. Paint to be restored as per existing paint scheme. Paint to be provided by Firm. Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Lagging Renew damaged / perished lagging at various places using pin method. Renew / restore in case of existing areas, paint scheme of affected areas before renewal of lagging. Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Cathodic Protection Sacrificial Anodes - Renew all sacrificial anodes fitted to underwater hull, rudders, rope guard, shaft tunnel, stern tubes, inlets and outlets, sea chest, bilges and coffer dams based on survey report. Renew those consumed more than 25 % or more as per survey report. Clean remaining sacrificial anodes with steel wire brush. Quote for Service. Mk II – 29, Mk I – 02, Mk VI – 13. Steel Renewal of structural plates (with Stiffeners) of deck and bulkheads including tank tops (including degutting of lagging, perforated paneling, cabling assiciated equipment minor eqpts., brackets, wooden fittings, machinery / equipment, switchboard / control panels, electronic and communication equipment, all light fittings, pipe lines, valves, electrical cables, junction boxes, obstructions, protrusions, foundation etc. etc i.a.w NO 09/12 and testing of welds by DPT, followed by re-gutting) of thickness as specified below with testing of weld joints by DPT. Removal of old Macrotech to be undertaken. Surface preparation to be carried out for hull survey. Defects to be rectified as per survey report of yard. Macrotech to be renewed post application of primer on deck. (Mfd – M/s Macrotech). Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Anchor, Chain Cable and Cable Locker - Lay out Anchor and chain cables and carry out surface preparation up to bare metal for survey. Repairs to be under taken as per hull survey report. Undertake survey of cable and shackles.Dismantle anchor and chain cable , clean and grease all joining shackles. Strip and grease slip in cable locker. Re-arrange cable length to ensure equality of wear. Re-mark cable length. Examine hull associated fittings. Clean and grease trunion pin and housing. Grease to be used:- LG-280 Patt No 0474/910-0502. The machined surface of the joints of lugless joining shackles are to be examined for corrosion. All such shackles are to be stripped, greased and re-assembled. Anchor, chain cable and cable locker to be painted as per existing paint scheme. Paint to be provided by refittng firm. (Qty: Anchor - 02, chain length- 275 mtr). Material and service to be provided by contractor.

Overhauling- Capstan (Mfd- Hemant Eng. Works) - Following work to be carried out:- (a) Overhauling of capstan along with motor assembly and changing of oil. Equipment to be proved for satisfactory operation. Undertake weather proofing of motor terminal box. (b) Renew all high speed bearings. (c) Blow out all motor windings thoroughly with clean dry air. (d) Clean and thereafter varnish dirty and oily windings. (e) Motor to be overhauled, with both bearings renewed & tested onboard on load (subject to QC checks). (f) Overhauling of brake mechanism to be carried out. (g) Inspect and overhaul the control panel and renew defective components and cabling. (h) System to be proved for designed operation and load trials to be offered. (h) Carry out surface prepaeation of foundation and structure by manual chipping/ buffing up to bare metal (ST 3). Clean and restore paint scheme post surface preparation. Material and Service to be provided by Contractor

Overhauling- Anchor Winlass (Mfd- Hemant Eng. Works) - Following work to be carried out:- (a) Overhauling of anchor winch along with motor assembly, rollers and anchor windlass accessories. Changing of oil and insulation checks of the motor to be undertaken. Undertake weather proofing of motor terminal box. Undertake survey of structure post load testing. Structural defects to be rectified, if any. (b) Renew all high speed bearings (6208.2zr). (c) Blow out all motor windings thoroughly with clean dry air. (d) Clean and varnish dirty and oily windings. (e) Motor to be overhauled, both bearing to be renewed & tested onboard on load (subject to QC checks). (f) Overhaul brake mechanism. (g) Overhaul the control panel, and renew defective components and cabling. (h) Load test details to be furnished. Note:- Vendor to cater for all consumables, including POLs topup required for energising the equipment post repairs. (j) System to be proved for designed operation and load trials to be offered. (k) Carry out surface prepaeation of foundation and structure by manual chipping/ buffing up to bare metal (ST 3). Clean and restore paint scheme post surface preparation. Sewage Treatment Plant (Mfd- Hamworthy, Wartsila), Model- ST1A-C) - Undertake following routines: (a) Functioning of level switches of V-1 tank. Carryout de-sludging of V-2 tank by backflushing line. Clean the seawater ‘y’ type strainer at the inlet to bookcell. Lub oil to be renewed. Clean air supply filter / regulator element in solvent. Drain, inspect & clean the ‘bookcell’. Remove large deposits of hard material with diluted hydrochloric acid. Post completion of routines, operate system and inspect for leaks and proper cell amperage. (b) Inspect the tightness of belt and check leakage from gland of discharge pump. Repack the gland (if required). (c) Carry out following on Macerator pump:- (i) Check to ensure there are no leakages from the main seals. Renew drive end bearing and seals. (ii) Ensure impeller is free for rotation with no vibration. (iii) Ensure overload units operating correctly. (iv) Remove drain plugs provided at each end of the bracket of the electric motor and allow any accumulated moisture to drain away. Replace damaged plugs. (d) Clean and lubricate all plug cock valves. Lubricate valves in fully opened or fully closed position only. (e) Post repairs, STP to be proved for operation as per designed parameters. (f) Undertake effluent test from NABL accredited lab and check compliance to MARPOL norms. (g) Sewage pollution prevention certificate valid for duration of five years from a state authorised accredited agencies as specified in MEPC 115(51) and 227(64) as per annex iv of marpol 73/78. (h) Carry out calibration of fixed H2S sensor. Certificate of calibration to be obtained from the OEM. Date of calibration and next due date should be clearly indicated on the certificate. Ventilation Blowers - Renew perished / damaged trunkings as fitted onboard including wire mesh / lourers, rubber beadings, gaskets, fasteners, ventilation flaps and earthing strips on upper deck and mess. Paint to be restored post repairs as per existing paint scheme. (Qty - 80 Mtr). Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Grease filters inside exhaust trunking in galleys to be renewed, Qty- 02. Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Clean dampers and fan impellers. Clean ventilation filters (Qty - 8) on airside with water jet, brush etc. Wash with detergent water. Rinse thoroughly, wipe, dry and refit. All Material and spares required for optimal functioning of the equipment as per the original design to be provided by the contractor. Material and Service to be provided by contractor

Life raft - (a) Renew Hydrostatic Release Gears by NABL accredited agency. (Qty 02) Quote for material. (b) Life raft stowing brackets (Qty 02) along with sliding ladder damaged / corroded. Ladders - Carry out mechanical surface preparation of all ladders. Repairs to be under taken as per hull survey report of ladders with associated footsteps. Damaged area to be renewed. Single arm boat davit, Mfd - Hemant Engg Pvt. Ltd: - (a) Overhauling of boat davit, gear box along with motor assembly. Insulation checks of the motor to be undertaken, if found below 01 MOhm, motor to be rewound. Specific attention is to be paid to motor terminal box to ensure weather proofing. During trials motor parameters are to recorded and same to be cleared by QC. Offer for trials to SS post completion. (b) Renew wire rope, spare gear and other associated lifting gears. (c) Carry out load testing with davit fully rigged up. After completion of load test. Examine the complete davit structure and associated lifting gears for flaws, distortion, defecation etc. Flaws must be examined, carry out repairs if necessary and retest. (d) Carry out surface preparation of foundation and structure by manual chipping/ buffing up to bare metal (ST 3). Clean and restore paint post surface preperation. (e) System to be proved for designed operation and load trials to be offered. Note:- Vendor to cater for all consumables, including POLs topup required for energising the equipment post repairs. Overhauling Rescue Boat - Operationlised the rescue boat. Carry out following:- (a) Repair of hull structure and serviceability checks of boat to be carried out. Undertake serviceability checks and repairs as required of all boat fittings i.e. Rubbing strip, hand holds, grab handels, life lines, slings and slings points, transom,boat rope etc. Reflective tape to be renewed. Carry out load test of boat slings. Trials to be carried out alongwith weighing of boat with accessories post repairs. Test certificate to be provided. (b) Overhauling of motor boat engine including calibration of injectors. (c) Boat chocks to be repaired and cushion to be renewed. (d) Boat securing strap (gripes) to be renewed along with end fittings. Mat - polyester. (e) 02 in Nos oars and boat hookfor rescue boat damaged / broken. To be renewed. (e) Remove, dismantle and chemical cleaning of marine gear oil cooler and fresh water heat exchanger. (f) Carry out serviceability checks of fresh water pump. (g) Replace all damaged hoses and belts. (h) Adjust valve and Injectors. (j) Clean and calibrate Injectors and FIP. (k) Renew air cleaner element. (l) Adjust belt tension. (m) Renew By-pass filter and coolant filter. (n) Change crankcase breather. (p) Renew Fuel filter and Fuel/Water separator. (q) Renew lub oil and lub oil filter. (r) Renew all zinc plugs in the system. (s) Carry out SDC checks of both Main engine local control panel and wheel house control panel, rectify defects if any. (t) Carry out SDC checks of both Main engines, rectify defects if any. Post completion of routines, start the engine and check all gauges, replace if required, check for any oil/water leakage, exhaust leakage, stop the engine and recheck engine oil level, top up if require. After necessary inspection, restart the engine. Run at idle speed for 15 minutes. Load Trials to be undertaken and system performance to be proved for satisfactory performance. Quote for Service.
