Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil for site development of sites.

Dismantling of following dia screwed and socketed GI pipes, specials and fittings including taking out pipes & specials from trenches and stacking them properly within 50m but excluding the cost of earth work.

Random rubble masonry laid dry with hard stone in in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar with hard stone in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.

Supply and installation of KSB / Kirloskar make monoblock / open well type pumpset 30-45 m head and 100 lpm discharge including all complete for proper completion of work.
