Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from in structural steel section any type /size /shape including nuts bolts washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site, including painting with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including dismantling of old unserviceable existing cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of air break heavy duty gang operated, triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe (Medium grade) suitable for operating mechanism working from ground level for current rating 200 Amps , suitable for 11 KV, 50 Hz supply with and including 12 Nos. Insulators and drop out fuse carrier element, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying under ground cable, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soil) n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M & L for laying of dry, clean fine sand as in cushion or filling in trenches around underground cable, in ducts, inside sub station complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, laid flat i.e length of brick shall be laid across the length of cable for protection of underground cable, gap between adjacent brick not more than 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded type, 410 SP-31 (09 meter long) complete with CI base plate, pole cap, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified including the following and including dismantling of old existing unserviceable steel tubular electric pole:- (i) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters. (ii) M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of pole of size 600mm x 600mm x 150 mm all as specified and directed. (iii) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 600mm x 600mm x 1800 mm (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL all as specified and directed. (iv) M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm dia or as directed by EIC complete all as directed and as specified. (v) M&L for painting of pole externally with two coats of black bituminous paint up to planting depth. The remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black and yellow bands (strips) 5 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block and writting pole number and feeder location by white synthetic enamel paint with proper letter size as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 3 line spacer suitable for overhead conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 4 line spacer suitable for overhead conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Stay assembly as in repairs for HT steel tubular poles comprising of 7/4 mm Galvanised MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (Grade 2 quality) fixed to pole with FI clamps 50x6 mm size, bolts, nuts, washers, galvanised steel stay rod 20 mm dia and 2150 mm long, stay bow 400x14 mm, nuts, bolts, washers, galvanised steel plate 300 x300 x 6 mm size and two Nos thimbles, including painting of exposed MS work with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, with and including necessary excavation in soft / loose soil & disposal of surplus soil up to a distance 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and loop insulator of size 140x90mm vitreous porcelain (White brown or green) etc complete all as specified and shown in electric plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part I including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly, complete all as directed

M&L for painting to LT steel tubular poles including cross arms, street light brackets, earth pipe, clamps with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces properly and providing 3 bands / straps 25cm wide with paint red signal post office colour and 2 bands 25cm wide with white synthetic enamel paint 300 mm apart from plinth block and numbering of poles 100mm height with white paint in black box of size 125x125mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to with and including earth lead of 32x6 mm size GI strip up to 7.50m by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I(2009) connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion with & including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe up 7.50m and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade with and including conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C -1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @100mm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron lifting handle, GI earthing strip shall be encased in and including 40mm nominal bore GI 'light grade' tubing with all fittings from earth plate upto transformer mounted on PCC plateform shall be provided & charcoal / salt funnel & other fittings etc. complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth. (ii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead strip. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Dismantling of old unserviceable drop out fuse and S&F new 11000 Volt expulsion fuse single pole, swing out type, current carrying capacity above 50 Amps and up to 100 Amps, complete all as specified and directed

Pruning / trimming of tree branches not more than 100 mm dia surrounding 2.0 mtr wide all around the LT/HT overhead line, cleaning the site and removing the cutted branches outside the MD land complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Distance between two poles considered as one span. (ii) The contractor must ensure that there must be no damage to HT conductor / pole because of falling of tree branches. If any damage occurs due to this, the contractor at his own cost will do repair the same.

Disconnecting and taking out ACSR conductor with GI earth wire of any size from LT OH line & existing cross arms, by loosing the binding wire from the insulator wherever necessary. Re-fixing /restraining, securing, tightening the same including cutting the tree branches, obstacle to the OH lines (approx 3.00 metres clearance all around the outer conductor) and bushes on ground in each span n.exc 35 m (average) for three phase and neutral with street light feeder and GI guard wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor must ensure that there must be no damage to HT conductor / pole because of falling of tree branches. If any damage occurs due to this, the contractor at his own cost will do repair the same.

Supplying and spreading graded course stone aggregate of gauge 80mm to 150mm, beneath the four / two pole structure and surrounding area of existing transformer by removing the existing vegetable growth, bushes from roots and levelling the ground, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe 40 mm bore, light grade as in cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe 80 mm bore, light grade as in cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down outdoor / Indoor type transformer from foundation /platform carefully, by dismantling connections for repair and transporting the same up to the factory, drain out oil from the transformer, dismantling and taking out burnt primary and secondary coil of transformer of 75 KVA /100 KVA, 11KV/415 Volt capacity, copper bound, to ascertain the defective HV/LV coils, rewinding made of copper binding coil of suitable size according to the capacity of transformer with packing/insulating material complete, cleaning of cooling fins/radiator and re-assembling the same after renewal of defective parts and testing the transformer at factory, transporting back to AGE Banbasa and re-fix the same on its original location / position , reconnecting all electric connections and commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The cost of fixing of Spare parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts (if any) required for smooth functioning of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BQO as supply only. (iii) After opening of transformer, list of defective/unserviceable parts shall be prepared jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and the Contractor. (iv) The contractor shall furnish two year written guarantee from the certified date of completion of work

Supply only the following items suitable for transformers of existing make & capacity, complete all as directed:- (a) HV bushing 11 KV grade with brass spindle- 4 Nos. & hexagonal nuts, suitable for transformer capacity 75 KVA/100KVA

(b). LV bushing 11 KV grade with brass spindle- 4 Nos. & hexagonal nuts, suitable for transformer capacity 75 KVA/100KVA

(c). Rewinding of LT Side coil with copper insulating winding wire of existing gauge.

(d).Rewinding of HT Side coil with copper insulating winding wire of existing gauge.

(e). Breather assembly of required size.

(f). 40mm dia bore stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure (drain valve)

(g). Oil temperature gauge dial type.

(h). Cork sheet gasket

Taking down existing unserviceable Volt meter and S&F new Volt Meter (0-500V), 3 phase, 415 volt complete all as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable Amp meter and S&F new Amp Meter (0-500V), 3 phase, 415 volt complete all as directed.

M&L for painting of transformer 11 KV, 415 V (50 to 200 KVA) indoor / outdoor type installed at 4 pole structure or on floor, including cleaning, scrapping of exposed surfaces and applied one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade with spray machine, including writing MES No. and Machine No. with black paint with letter size 15 mm wide and 50 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ as “Supply only”
