P/S structural consultancy services for the existing damaged suspension bridge project along with approach slab and approach road on both side, including preparation of detailed structural design, structural drawings and complete structural calculations and processing/pursuing the same with the competent/higher authorities and proof checking from technical institutions, (IIT, NIT or any other competent institution), till obtaining final approval from the compitent authority of this department. It shall also include the preparation of GADs/detailed working drawings and obtaining necessary approval from the competent authority; and preparation of detailed drawings, tender documents, specifications, finishing schedule, detailed measurements and estimates. The Consultant shall also provide necessary technical assistance and clarification during execution of the work. The Consultant shall submit five (05) hard copies of the approved designs, drawings and structural design/calculation sheets, along with complete design calculations and drawings in digital format, complete in all respects. The Consultant shall be responsible for the correctness, adequacy and completeness of all designs, drawings, calculations and other documents prepared by him and shall carry out necessary corrections or modifications, wherever required, without any additional cost to the Department, if such revisions are attributable to any deficiency, error or omission on its part as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive octroi, royalty, malkana, toll tax and GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.
