Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modified AC System of Design Archives for Design department at RSP

• 1. The bidder shall be an OEM or authorized system house / authorized channel partner / authorized dealer of an OEM for water cooled package AC system.

In case the bidder is not an OEM, bid specific authorization issued by the OEM shall be submitted.

2. The Bidder must have experience of having successfully carried out supply and commissioning of at least one no. Water cooled package AC of minimum capacity of 16.5 TR in any Central/ State Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU/ Public Limited Company during last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued

• 1. The average annual financial turnover* of the bidder should not be less than Rs.15.00 lakhs during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025.

2. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year ending 31st March’2025 considered for turnover.

* The Turnover shall have the meaning as described in section (2) (91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revision.
