Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning reasons

Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Bid Document attached

Any statutory taxers will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders

This contract shall be extended for another 2 terms(1 year each)based on performance of the contractor with reference to Govt . circular no 1511569/DMA/DEV/OTH/205/2024 Dated 19/10/2024.If the contract extended for next term ,then quoted service charge will remain same,only min. Wage,ESI and PF rates will be revised as per current year rates
