Cleaning of crack line along the masonry and fixing of injection ports along the crack line .Injection ports shall be tube like packers f metal of upto 100 mm length and 12 mm dia. The packets shall be fixed by drilling hole to a depth of atleast 1/2 the thickness of the wall section. The spacing between injection ports shall be 100 mm C/c. The packers once fixed , the crack line shall be sealed using high strength two component epoxy Sikadur 31. The sealing shall be done from both inside and outside the wall along the crack line. Epoxy shall be allowed to air cure for atleast12 hours before the injection work is started The rates is including sale tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government and including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supply of a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout. Product: Sikadur®-52LP Yield: 0.88 ltr/kg Product requirements: Compressive strength >= 55 N/mm2 (7 days) according to FIP 5.12 and IS 9162-1979; Tensile strength > 30 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ISO 527; Bond strength > 10 N/mm2 (14 days) or concrete failure according to ASTM C 882. CARBON WRAPPING : i) Surface preparation by mechanical means so to ensure that the surface is free from all dust and laitance. The surface shall then be made uniform and free form pin holes etc by using high strength two component epoxy repair mortar Sikadur 31 . The mortar to be applied using painter blade in uniform thickness @ 1 kgs per sqm. NOTE :- For a successful wrapping work the surface shall be well levelled and wrap shall be applied on sound substrate only including Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength CFRP fabric Sika Wrap® 230C in single layer over the concrete to be confined using impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur®330 .Wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC member at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and sprinkling sand over it as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: tensile strength (nominal) = 3800N/mm2; tensile E – modulus = 2.3x105 N/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.7%; fabric design thickness = 0.129mm.The orientation of CFRP shall be such that it fibercorsses the crack at 90 degree angle The rates is including sale tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government and including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

i)Covering the wrapping so done using high strength PMM of atleast 1/2" thickness shall made with 1:3 Cement sand with Sika Latex @ 3% by weight of cement ii)Covering the plaster using UV stable two component PU coating Sikagard PU UR .
