(g) Power Consumption - 22.7 KW (h) Condenser (Shell&Tube type ) - 02 Nos (j) Water flow rate - 15.8 CMH (k) MAX - 22.2 CMH (k) Water connection - 02 Nos (l) Size 1-1/4" (m) Refrigerant Connection - 02 Nos (m) Suction line 1-3/8" (n) Liquid line 5/8" (o) All other safety, accessories electical connections complete all as per site condition and as directed. (p) One No scroll compressor hermatically sealed units using 407C refrigerant gas with suction discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with thermostat and solenoid valves built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, heat wheel, oil pressure, safety switch etc all as specified.

(q) Microprocessor based soft start panel with latest safety and operating controls, indicating lamps along with automatic operation and system protection. The safety devices consisting of condenser high pressure outlet switch, eveproator low pressure cut out switch lube oil low pressure cut out switch, digital display consisting of oil pressure condensing pressure eveproating pressure and lube oil thermo meter, indicating lights and lamps two include lubricating oil heater lamp, the system run condenser high pressure, motor overload, heater lamp and operating hours meter etc. (r) Shell and tube type water cooled condenser 2 pass condenser openable head at other end for cleaning. (s) Shell and tube type water cooled type,2pass with thermal insulation including refrigerant inlet and outlet connection with isolating valves, expansion valves water inlet and outlet valves, temperature and pressure gauges at water inlet and outlet, drain and vent stop valves complete all as specified. (t) Stands fabricated out of MS channel / angle of suitable size for mounting compressor, motor, condenser and chiller duly painted all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (u) The set of nitro neoprene rubber antivibration ribbed pads with MS channel in foundation complete. (v) Necessary MS heavy duty refrigerant pipe for suction and discharge lines and copper pipe for liquid line complete with fitting valves etc. (w) Initial charge of 407C refrigerant gas and top up of compressor oil for complete plant.

Notes for Item No. 1:- (i) All the items required for smooth functioning of AC Plant, other than those mentioned in this schedule is demmed to be included in rate quoted against item No. 2.0 and the contractor shall be liable to install these items without any extra cost complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (ii) All the testings i.e. Pre - Comissioning Test, Post - Comissioning Test i.e. three season test (Monsoon, Winter and Summer Test for 72 Hrs each) for AC Plant efficiency/Output, will be conducted by the contractor without any extra cost including providing all the necessary T&P and Manpower for testing all complete as directed by Accepting Officer/Engineer - in - Charge. (iii) The output of AC Plant will be with in stipulated design parameter, all the efforts required for the desired output will be done by contractor without any extra cost complete all as directed by Accepting Officer/Engineer - in - Charge. (iv) The cost of refrigent gas and other parts shall be borne by the contractor for Phase I & Phase II tests and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. (v) One set of T&P (i.e. Sling Psychrometer, Anemometer, Psychrometric Chart of Good Quality, Digital RH Meter, Digital Thermometer etc) to be provided by the contractor, complete all as directed by Accepting Officer/Engineer - in - Charge. (vi) The flow diagram, basic maintenance charts, SOPs etc all as directd by Accepting Officer/Engineer - in - Charge, to be provided by the contractor without any etxra cost.

FRP induced draft rectangular type counter flow cooling tower of capcity 60 TR supported over hot dip galvanised steel structure, fitted with axial flow fan direct driven, PVC/Polypropylene fills/ Nozzels with maximum allowable temperature 50 degree centigrade, drift losses 0.005% of water circulation with suitable foundation and float valve of suitable size complete all as specified.

PVC multi layered closed lid cylindrical shape ISI marked water tank of 10000 Ltrs capacity placed on existing plateform including taking down cement plaster, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 for filling the gaps, voids and finishing the platform to match with and joining finished complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC water tank 1000 Ltrs as make up tank thermally insulated with 50 mm thick EPS quality sheet of suitable size having density not less than 65 Kg/Cum with protecting cover of 25 gauges aluminum cladding and supporting pipe connections complete all as specified & directed.

Monoblock centrifugal pump set of capacity 10 HP, 18 to 32 LPS, 12 to 28 Mtr head for condenser water circulation & chilled water circulation and suitable for three phase 50 cycle 430V AC supply including suitable PCC foundation, neoprene rubber antivibration ribbed pads complete all as specified. Make: Kirloskar Model No KDI1030 or compatible model of Becon/PSG/Havells/Pluga. Note :- The cost of PCC platform/staging as per site requirements is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Acoustic lining 25 mm thick resin bonded lead wool/fiber -glass 200 mm covered with 24 gauge perforated aluminum sheet over chicken wire mesh, covering the insulation with RP tissue, cover the insulation with 24 aluminum perforated sheet all as specified & directed.
