Replacement of Gaskets of 160 MVA Transformer - I (EMCO make) alongwith other associated Works at 220 KV Sub Station Dohna, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine, Normal & Special T&Ps, etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :
(1) Carriage of 20KL Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary 400KV / 220KV / 132KV Sub Station in Bareilly (within Approx. 50 Km distance) including Shifting & Loading of Oil Storage Tank at Designated Primary Sub Station and Unloading & Shifting of same in Switchyard at 220KV Sub Station Dohna.
(2) Partially dismantling & safe stacking of Mulsifire air Pipe Line, water pipe line and proper stacking.
(3) Removal of Jumpers of HV / LV / IV side of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Opening of Bolts & Nuts and Removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps etc.
(4) Complete Drain out of the Transformer Oil from 160 MVA T/F-I tank into Empty Oil Storage Tanks / Oil Drums and Stacking them at Proper Place.
(5) Dismantling of 160MVA Transformer HV/LV/IV/Neutral Bushing and its turret opening of all the pipe line, inlet/outlet valve, inspection cover, radiator header, gear box, buchholz relay, PRV, oil pump, NRV for replacement of Gasket.
(6) Providing and making of Top Cover Gasket of T/F, Opening of Nut & Bolt, and removal of damage Gasket cleaning of top surface & making new Gasket fixing in proper Gasket.
(7) Replacement of Old Gasket from different parts of the T/F as per details below. The scope of work involves removal of Gaskets. Cleaning of surface, Fabrication of Gaskets of appropriate size of thickness 12/10/8/6 mm of Konica/ Nu-Cork make and fixing of Gaskets at proper place with adhesive along with other associated works. Gaskets are of Type C, Very Good Oil Resistant and as per IS 4253 and Contractor must have to submit Test Report of Gaskets before replacement.

(xxxv) Replacement of different nut & bolt of main tank oil Pipe line.
(8) Overhauling of Diverter Switch from chamber cleaning by hot oil, removing the dirty oil and proper cleaning and fixing in original shape.
(9) Performing the vacuum standard test. The scope of work involves creating the vacuum inside the transformer upto 760 mm of Hg for evacuation of moisture from core and winding and maintaining the pressure atleast for 72 hours
(10) Erection of Turret HV/LV/IV side and erection of Bushing, Radiator, Header, Oil Pipe Line 6’’ and 3’’ Gear box, OLTC Pipe Line, Pump, Flow meter, Inspection Cover etc. for complete of work.
(11) Complete Evacuation of 160MVA Transformer Main Tank and Filling of Dry Air of dew Point (-) 40 °C or Better in Vacuum up to Pressure of 0.25Kg / Cm² and the again Evacuating the Transformer Tank after Required Time Interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs.) using Centrifuging Machine. The Work shell including Connecting Pipe of Machine as Required Measuring Due Point Values of Dry Air after every Cycle till the Required Value is Achieved.
(12) Centrifuging of T/F Oil in Oil Storage Tanks, un-interrupted till the desired BDV & PPM (Less than 5 PPM) Value of the oil is achieved and then Filling & Topping up of the Centrifuging T/F Oil in Transformer as per Standard Procedure to Maintain required Oil Level in the Transformer including Commissioning of Air Cell if required. Centrifuging & Circulation of T/F Oil in Transformer, un-interrupted till the desired BDV & PPM Values of the OIL & IR Values of Bushings are achieved including Hourly Recording all the Parameters such as Temp, Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.
(13) Filling of Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators from Oil Tanks under Vacuum after performing the Vacuum after performing the Vacuum stand test successfully.
(14) Jumpering of HV / IV / LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Tightening of Bushing Clamps with Appropriate sizes Bolts & Nuts including Replacement of Clamps, Jumpers etc. as Required.
(15) Refitting of Partly Dismantled Mulsifire System installed on the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Shifting of Dismantled Parts of the Mulsifire System such as Pipe Lines, Valves, Accessories etc. to Site and Connecting them Properly with Successful Operation of the Mulsifire System.
(16) Carriage of 20KL Oil Storage Tank from 220KV Sub Station Dohna to Designated Primary 400KV / 220KV / 132KV Sub Station in Bareilly (within Approx. 50Km distance) including Shifting & Loading of Oil Storage Tank at 132KV Sub Station Bisal Pur and Unloading, Shifting & Placing of same in Switchyard / Storage Place at Designated Primary 400KV / 220KV / 132KV Sub Station.
