Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four Crushed stone sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete (The crushed stone sand to be used on concrete work shall confirm to gradation as per IS 383-1970)

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five Crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete (The crushed stone sand to be used on concrete work shall confirm to gradation as per IS 383-1970)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Designing the Semi Unitised Structural Glazing System with open groove joint as per design intent, preparation of shop drawings for approval, supply, fabricate, erect as per approved shop drawings at all floor levels and all floor heights including conducting field test as per the test criteria set out in the particular specification (Metholodgy should be got approved by the Dept. Officials.) Design the framing system (i.e. male & Female frame) to support vision panels, spandrel panels either with glass or aluminium composite panel, openable, window panels on a continuous framing supported between floors. Accessories: Brackets made of CRCA powder coated / electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and bottom and vertical to slab as per site requirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to vertical sections. Silicone: Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used. Prepare surfaces and plaster with CM 1:5 (1 cement: 5 fine sand) 17mm thick(12mm+5mm) to all exterior faces of walls including hacking as required on RCC surfaces continuous to masonry in super structure and 12mm will be rough plastering includes water proofing chemical compound and 5mm will be sand paper finishing & double layer chicken mesh .The rates including curing, providing and removal of scaffolding, cost of materials, labour, equipments and machinery, all leads and lifts, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidential charges etc, all as complete and directed by Engineer in charge at all levels.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 6 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. Structure made out of M.S. rolled/hollow (rounds/rectangular/ square etc.) sections as per architect’s details including shearing /cutting, riveting, welding, grinding to smooth surface of all works, MS fixing holdfasts / anchor bolts to be grouted in concrete 1:2:4 , providing and fixing nuts bots fasteners as required as per architect’s details, including painting with two or more coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and make over a coat of primer etc. complete as directed. ( MS standard section shall be measured and paid under relevant Item. Nuts, bolts, washers shall be deemed to have been included in the unit rates and nothing extra shall be paid for)

Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing superfine polished Ruby red or equivalent colour Granite slab 20 mm thick for Lift facia with bullnose edges are set in CM 1:3 10mm thick for base and pointed with the same colour cement etc complete. Providing and laying polished machine cut single piece green Kota stone of uniform shade in required size as per drawing 20 to 25 mm thick for treads, risers, sides of staircase over 20 mm thick cement mortar bed of CM 1:4 (1 part cement :4 part of coarse M.sand) with thick cement slurry including making 3 to 5 mm V shaped grooves if required, curing machine / hand, curing, grinding, polishing, wax polishing etc complete as directed.

Providing the floor with 20 mm thick Granite slabs of approved colour and size in all floors over a base layer of 20 mm thick CM 1:3, the granite slab be laid over the cement mortor by applying white cement slurry in between base mortor and granite slab. The granite slabs are to be so laid that there should not be any gap inbetween the adjacent slabs and the joints shall be in line with another joint and uniform by using cutting machine without any damage to the sides of corners of the granite slab. The entire area of the flooring so laid shall be neatly pointed with coloured cement of 1.80 kg/m2. The granite slabs proposed for the work shall be shown to the departmental officers and got approved by them before use in the work etc., complete.

Providing the floor with 30 mm thick Unpolished Granite slabs of approved colour and size in all floors over a base layer of 20mm thick CM 1:3, the granite slab be laid over the cement mortor by applying white cement slurry in between base mortor and granite slab. The granite slabs are to be so laid that there should not be any gap inbetween the adjacent slabs and the joints shall be in line with another joint and uniform by using cutting machine without any damage to the sides of corners of the granite slab. The entire area of the flooring so laid shall be neatly pointed with coloured cement of 1.80 kg/m2. The granite slabs proposed for the work shall be shown to the departmental officers and got approved by them before use in the work etc., complete.

Providing the floor with 50 mm thick Unpolished Granite slabs of approved colour and size in all floors over a base layer of 20mm thick CM 1:3, the granite slab be laid over the cement mortor by applying white cement slurry in between base mortor and granite slab. The granite slabs are to be so laid that there should not be any gap inbetween the adjacent slabs and the joints shall be in line with another joint and uniform by using cutting machine without any damage to the sides of corners of the granite slab. The entire area of the flooring so laid shall be neatly pointed with coloured cement of 1.80 kg/m2. The granite slabs proposed for the work shall be shown to the departmental officers and got approved by them before use in the work etc., complete.

Dadoing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour Glazed tiles of approved sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M.sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Virtified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing expansion joint in RCC floor slab for 12.5mm width using polysulphide as sealent on the top and bottom for a depth of 7.5mm each and packing the inner space using compressible non-absorbent filler materials including cost of labour for cutting and fixing filler materials and laying polysulphide sealent with necessary spatula etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Providing expansion joint of 12.5mm wide in between RCC twin columns from top of pedastal to full height including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent, flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and brand; finishing the sides of RCC columns with polysulphide sealents for a depth of 7.5mm on either side covering the inner space filled with filler materials as above etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing fabricating and installing in position Stainless Steel 304 sheets for cladding and anchored to corners of columns L shape 50 x 50 size through shaped custom fabricated etc as per the drawings including all fixing accessories, all cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and all other incidentals and approved buffing to stainless steel members etc. complete as directed.

Supplying & laying of sun reflective index tiles 305 x 305 x 7 mm of 30 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, 30 mm thick using white cement and hard crate mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Surface Preparation:- Providing and grinding all sharp edges to make it flush with the surface, cleaning all floor, walls areas to make it free from debris, dirt, dust and other contaminants, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Construction joints treatment - Providing and supplying E 135, SBR based admixture and polymer bonding agent, for filling CM 1:4 (fine M.sand) admixed with E 135 at dosage of 2.5 Ltr per 50 Kg bag of cement, including cut opening the joints in the form of "V" shape of required size, cleaning the grooves, applying neat coat of E 135, filling the groove with mixed mortar and finishing, curing, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Horizontal bore packing - Providing and supplying E 135, SBR based admixture and polymer bonding agent, for filling the gap between the wall and pipe using CM of required mix ratio admixed with E 135 at dosage of 2.5 Ltr per 50 Kg bag of cement, over the neat coat of E 135, including cleaning, filling - compacting in the horizontal bore holes, finishing the mortar flush with the surface, curing, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification.
